Deceptive and unscrupulous, they exploit every opportunity to drain your wallet. You request a specific specialist, only to find they switch it at the last minute and attempt to impose a cancellation fee when you refuse to see someone else. Their defense? It's all part of their corporate policy, leaving you helpless. If you're on a membership, canceling means forfeiting all your paid-for credits within 60 days – rendering them useless. They conveniently omit the fact that you can't transfer them to a friend when you cancel, but it's buried in the terms and conditions. It's frustrating; you paid for services and should be able to use them or share them with a friend. (Oh, and they charge a $10 transfer fee just to squeeze a few extra bucks from their customers.)Save yourself the trouble and skip this profit-driven corporate entity. Instead, support local spas and health practices in your community that genuinely care about your well-being.

The staff was friendly, professional & knowledgeable. Keke assisted me at the front desk and was able to get me a massage despite short notice. Jenny, my masseuse, was amazing! Her deep tissue massage was the best I’ve had in Henderson. I highly recommend her.

I was here mainly for exfoliating of hands. Really not satisfied with the exfoliation of arm/hand. The main purpose of exfoliation is to removal of dead skin. But removal of dead skin was not performed on the arm or back of arm which was suggested in the website. We need to understand well before enhancements are added to the site. Entire session was not even performed for an hour.On top of that. Website says 80$/ hour and on-site they say it is 120$ which i don’t understand.

I canceled my subscription, because I was no longer using it. I had services on credit and made appointments to use them. When I showed up for my appointment today I was told that my service provider was no longer with the company, and that they had tried to call me several times to let me know and that they sent me an email as well. I asked him right then to give me a call and showed them that their phone call went through as it should have. I have a tracking device for all my phone calls on my phone and I did not receive any phone calls from them nor did they leave any voicemails, nor did they send any emails. They are liars and I lost a few hundred dollars in services that I pre-paid for during the year that I had my subscription. I had found them very difficult to book, having very limited service appointments. If I ever am in need of a massage subscription service again, it will not be Massage Envy. I'm very disappointed in them, if you make a mistake, you should own up to it, don't make it worse by lying.

Great reception very friendly. Said 60 mins but only got 50 mins dislike tricky businesses I don't need 5 mins on each end. Then Sophia is hearing impaired hard to communicate what you want ... you are supposed to use hand signals during the massage. But she tucks your hands in with the sheets tight so that you can't get your hand out. Then last 5 mins she had one hand only on my foot and I looked up and she was texting. Not much focus or attention to muscle groups, missed many. Finally on the website it says 60 mins $80 but Surprise it was 50% higher at $120 which is what I would pay for an incredible excellent massage not a substandard or at best tricky average one. Yet another little kind of tricky thing that doesn't disclose to you exactly what you get and turned me off even more. I will never be coming back to any massage envy. I don't like their practices.

This location seems very together. Went for a facial and then a massage. Highly recommend

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. There's literally children running it and people who are still in massage school doing treatments. They constantly mess up appointments. Multiple times they've messed up my appointment and did a massage when I booked a facial, done an hour when I booked an hour and a half, accidentally forgot to book an appointment. They refuse to credit back payments. They're product is subpar and actually toxic.

Ok massage. However, I was unknowingly up-sold a one-year contract. I've been lied to by omission that it was a one-year contract only to find out after I called to some time later to cancel the membership. I was left speechless on the phone. After I said that I was never told it was a timed contract, the location simply sent me the contract document that I got duped into signing. It was a bit of an insulting end to the phone call.Be on the look-out of shady up-selling when visiting this location as a non-member.

I used to have Massage Envy membership a few years back but cancelled because every time I would go it seemed that my actual massage time was getting shorter and shorter. Fast forward today, I scheduled a 60 minute massage at the St Rose location for $70 bucks. I figured I'd give it a shot and see how this one goes and then I'll possibly sign another membership. My scheduled appointment was for 5:30pm. I was brought back to the massage room at 5:35pm and the therapist didn't start until 5:40pm. Well what do you know my massage ended at 6:23pm. That's a total massage time of 43 minutes. You're actually supposed to get 50 minutes massage time and 5 mins in the beginning to chat with your therapist and 5 mins afterwards to get dressed. When my massage was over I told the girl at the front desk and she acknowledged that I was brought back late. However all she said was that she would mark my file. I told her I was planning on signing up again, but being the massage time continues to get shorter and shorter forget it. I'll continue to stay away from Massage Envy.

As usual, Laura did an excellent job! I tell her what I need and she's right on it. Definitely will go back.

Good luck getting an appointment! There is never anything available online. Don't get tricked into a membership either. They have been charging me for months but when its time to make an appointment, nothing available.

I tried to cancel my membership because I couldn't afford it any more. Filled out cancellation papers. Everything was fine. Next I credit card statements and they are still charging me. I called told them I canceled my membership but I'm still getting charged. They said I have to be with them for 12 months and I had to fill out a cancellation form. If they had checked my account it would clearly state how long I've been with them which is over a year!! And they lost my cancellation papers.. Good thing I asked for copy of them or I wouldn't have any proof.. I spoke with the general manager and she said she refunded me for 1 month and I only had till Aug. 5th to use all my sessions. When the girl that did the cancellation forms said I had till September 8th. They are all over the place and lost my cancellation papers. How professional Is that?! I've been in retail as a manager for 18 years and I did not agree how they do things.

I have been to 3 of the Massage Envy's in Vegas and this is the cleanest and nicest looking one I have been to. My massage today was nice. I will definitely return next week. Even though it's a 30 plus minute drive I think this one will be where I go from now on. The employees are friendly. I know for a fact that the other 2 Massage Envy's had their best therapists transfer here.Update:So the day before my next massage I get a call that my appointment is cancelled. Eh, not a big deal. Just reschedule for the next day or 2...Nope. I'm told it's at least 2 weeks from now. So where is your customer service? You cancel my appointment to accommodate your business and I lose out. I'm thinking you owe me a free massage for my inconvenience.
