Sadly, this was NOT the type of service my Mom deserved !! On October 19th 2023, my Mom was to be transferred from St Rose Dominican Hospital, in Henderson, Nevada to her Rehabilitation. Standing in the hallway, the following is what I observed. That Evening, 2 MTC attendants arrived on the 3rd floor with a stretcher, one was a well mannered and polite white gentleman, and the other was a loud, unmannered black gentleman. The white attendant calmly asked the nurse for the discharge packet, and also inquired if Holter monitors, I.V lines, catheters were still hooked up. He also inquired about what areas may be still tender from surgery, any wounds, etc.... because he wanted to be gentle and pain free for my Mom's transfer. This i appreciated and never expected. The black attendant only cared about flirting with female nurses, and paid more attention to what was on a television in a patient room down the hall. I have never seen an attendant just walk into another patient's room and sit down to watch a show. The patient's family member even asked him to leave, so he walked into the empty room next to my Mom's, and plopped down to watch that television, which he turned up loud. My Mom even asked who had the television so loud. The black attendant was chased from that room by the nursing staff. He was rude to one nurse, saying, " We are here to move this lady, and she's not ready. I gotta do something while i wait. I'm not gonna just stand around and wait all night." The white attendant kept saying, "Reggie, get out of the patient rooms, you're going get yourself in trouble. Reggie, get out of the rooms, that's not right." Reggie just went about his disrespectful conduct, and said, "Doc, dude, mind your business and i'll mind mine." Doc apologized to the nurses and myself many times. Reggie was also very disrespectful to my Mom. He was wearing a shirt for Women's Breast cancer, which my Mom stated was nice. Reggie replied that he loved the female breast, because his 1st meal was breast milk, and he still loves to suck on ripe "titties" to this day. My Mom and I were in shock and anger, as was his work partner, Doc. The transfer was smooth, and Doc's driving was careful and professional. MTC, I truly hope you don't allow Reggie to interact with anyone else's loved one, as he did with us. I also work as a nurse manager, in the state of Texas, and we will ban a transport company from our hospitals for mistreating and disrespecting patient boundaries and families. It would be in your best interest to cut him loose and save your current accounts. Debra Giest

I would like to rate the techs a 5. They were kind, considerate and patient with my mom. They were very careful when transitioning her from the bed to the wheelchair and home to her bed. Thank you both!Unfortunately I would rate the management a 1 star for letting these gentlemen transport individuals in a vehicle that had les than par air conditioning. Mom was so hot and these poor guys were also. Please fix the air for everyone's sake.I would change it to a 5 if they would address this. As even the cost was VERY acceptabe.

I work at Skilled Nursing rehab and today we’ve had to assist upset family members, who are reasonably upset missing medical appointments. Due to company being 40 minutes late we are very close to missing a patients open heart surgery.

The staff are very rude and unprofessional especially Bree and they hang up on you when you are trying to talk to someone in office and won’t answer when you call back

I am going to refer this company to everyone I know!!!!!!! admirable customer service from the Women in the dispatching department, always doing what they can to ensure transports go swiftly and smoothly. Also has a Great team environment with awesome leadership! Open and honest communication is the number one priority in everything that happens at MTC. Everyone goes above and beyond to support the needs of the customers.

Been waiting for 2 hrs. Called even before we finish from the doctors office. Waited for an hour and call again for the 2nd time. Waited for another hour then called again. Said the driver is in route. If The patient was not impatient. But having waited for more than two hours wouldn't you lose your cool. Be considerate patients are sick... That's why they need medical transport...

You do not want the driver named JASON. He was very unprofessional! He was 15 minutes late to start! My father is in a wheelchair, my mom is 84. It was noted in the service request and confirmed by dispatch the driver would take my parents up to second floor, to the doctors office. Instead, Jason drops them off at the front door outside of the building. He tells my parents he can't take them up and leave his car running, then tells them GOOD LUCK as he walks away. WOW!! He's LUCKY my mom wasn't hurt pushing my dad up herself. Jason needs some schooling on how to be on time, park his vehicle, take keys out of a vehicle, and treat paying customers with respect! As for the driver LEO who picked up my parents, I thank you for your kindness, and apologies towards my parents for your colleague"s unprofessionalism.

Used Medical Transport Company for the first time. To start... the driver, Jason, was 15 minutes late picking up my parents. He rushes them to my father's doctor appt., then drops them off outside the front of the building! It was noted and confirmed by dispatch to assist my parents to the second floor, to doctors office. My dad is in a wheelchair and my mom is left to push him alone at 84 years old! Driver, Jason, told my parents he can't take them up to doctor's office because, he can't leave his vehicle running?! Then, before he turns away he tells my parents, GOOD LUCK!! .. WHAT?!?! Jason needs to be schooled on How To Be On Time, How To Park A Vehicle, How To Take Keys Out Of A Vehicle, How To Read & Complete A Service, and How To Treat Paying Customers With Respect!! Smh! One last note, I do want to thank Leo, the driver that picked my parents up. He was very kind and apologetic for his colleague's unprofessionalism!
