This is the worst experience I've ever had with a new vehicle. I had my commercial van in at Mercedes-Benz of Henderson to find out why the engine light doesn't turn off. After three times of taking it in they told me they would need it for a whole week and this van is my livelihood. Unbelievable!!

My wife went to get an oil change. They said it will be $169. When she went to pick up the car he said he needs to add $100 because he didn't see it's AMG. The car is GLE53 AMG. Has nothing to do with real 63 amg. I called a day after and Jesus was the advisor, I asked him, how much is oil change he said 169. I told him it's amg, are you sure and he said yes that's it. Than I asked to tall to service manager knowing we were ripped off. The service manager doesent even know what to tell me. He said Jesus should of said "it starts from" I was like what do you mean it starts from it's Standart oil that needst to be fixed price. Than he started explanining how evertyhing went up about the inflation and all, i was like , Jesus just.told me same price 169, we have been paying that price every time, it sounded like I just got scammed and he got cought and he doesent know how to explain. It felt like going to one of those shady shops. I would be filing report with department of consumer affairs. Be aware people!

We have a European Sprinter based camper that needed an A Service.
We had great customer service and the service was carried out quickly and efficiently.
Really good waiting area with free wifi
Would certainly recommend them and would happily use them again.

Buyer beware, I would highly recommend finding a better place to buy and service a mercedes. I worked for BMW in service for 18 years and I have never seen such poor customer service. I wish I could give them negative stars.

I dread dealing with Mercedes Dealerships in Las Vegas because they stress me out. I called to make a simple appt & was about to spend around $4500 on some things (service & products) I wanted done to my car, but the girl who answered the phone kept being snobby while ignoring my requests by telling me I "may need more done." I told her 3 times I DONT WANT NOR NEED anything else done besides what I want to pay for and I wanted an appointment at their earliest convenience. I finally HAD to change my tone from being nice & patient to being a hardcore ahole towards this lady JUST to get her to be quiet and listen to me & make an appointment. From business owner to business owner; no one wants to pay thousands of dollars to argue on the phone or deal with this. Who's working for who?? I suggest you do test calls with your own company to see for yourself how your company handles business. After this phone call, I spent 2 hours looking for another shop who's ASE certified and who treated me like a mature paying client from 1st contact. Now I can happily spend my money somewhere else.

Received an offer for $40k for my car through KBB Instant Cash Offer and the sales rep from this dealership called me immediately saying they are interested in the car and would try to beat the offer if I were to come in. I show up and within 15 minutes of their inspection, I am low-balled to $28k?! The dealership already had the VIN, knew of all the packages and the sales rep agreed the car was in mint condition with no damage identified.
The biggest joke was the sales rep himself who was so ashamed with the offer, that he told me he didn't have the finance manager present it to me because he knew I would be insulted. This was a colossal waste of time when they could have communicated their low-ball offer in advance. Seller beware of these dirt-bags.
Edit: The response by the dealer further showcases the mental fortitude of the imbeciles under their employment as they don't know that KBB Instant Cash offers are generated based on your zipcode and only interested dealers contact the customer after reviewing the Instant Cash price, condition report and vehicle specs based on VIN.
They could have told me over the phone that the max they would offer is $28k, but they wanted to try the bait-and-switch tactic by telling me in-person that the "car market is slowing down" when the next day I had offers from CarMax, Carvana, and GiveMeTheVin ranging between $39k to $42k. Lying on Google Reviews is a new low. ?

Stopped in to purchase a part for my car and was very impressed by the customer service I received by Rebecca. Her customer service was out of this world!! I wish we had more Rebeccas in this world. She treated my two children with a lot of respect which I really appreciate!
