This is 5 star review concerning Wyndell. He literally got your back. However Didn’t have a good first service visit with Melissa. From the moment I stepped in she was rude and has zero interpersonal skills. She kept saying multiple times we can reschedule the service. If I showed up today I want it done today why would I reschedule. Wyndell on the another hand will go above and beyond. That is what after sales service should be. I hope he gets the credit that my visit went smoothly.

Sales person Trent Jenkins did an outstanding job patiently answering my many questions as well as handling some non-standard requests.The otherwise great experience was marred by my interaction with the sales manager on the day I went to finalize the paperwork. Knowing I had a flight to catch and therefore limited time, right before concluding my visit I was put in front of the sales manager. He ran me through a number of (undoubtedly high margin) add-on services, and told me that for some of them I needed to decide now or forever forego the services. The pitch was aggressive and his personal stories of multiple flat tires, car being covered in feces, etc were barely believable to the point of being comical.I don't have a problem being pitched add-on services, but not in such a rushed and high pressure way. If these services are as valuable as the sales manager claims, then why not send me the relevant information days or weeks ahead of time so I can take my time to evaluate, ask questions, and make a wise purchase decision?Mercedes still has a ways to go in delivering a great end-to-end car buying experience in my opinion.Update: After sharing my feedback with the dealership, the head of sales called me to apologize and assured me that my experience was not representative of how they do business. I've since updated my review from 3 to 4 stars.

After reading some of the negative comments on here, I was a bit reluctant taking my older mercades to this location for a no crank issue. But I decided to take it anyway as the positive comments overshadow the negative. I had an overall positive experience; Will and the technicians did an excellent job. No CEL afterward and no overselling of extra services I did not need. I'll be taking my car back in the future for additional work needed. The only negative Is the price, but that's to be expected from a mercades dealership.

By far the best car buying experience ever!!!..Nick Greika made this so easy for us. He was friendly, knowledgeable and easy going…As well as the rest of the staff and management!!..Total professionalism!!..Go see them..they don’t disappoint at Mercedes Benz Henderson!!❤️

They deserve every star! My go to Sales Rep is "Johnny". Very knowledgeable, detail oriented and friendly! Professionalism at its highest! Employees throughout the bldg are friendly and courteous! This place is always bright, clean and inviting!

I am about 10 minutes away from Mercedes Benz at Sahara but I much rather visit the Henderson location Blake Alvarez at the Service Department is always a professional plus very friendly, polite and courteous.! Today I met Marcelo who drove me back to the office and off course he is also a great guy too, super friendly and such a gentleman. Thanks Blake & Marcelo. With This level of service you will continue to have our business.

Thank you, Mercedes Benz of Henderson for being so awesome! I fully trust this dealership. I've been to this location multiple times for service and Melissa Kerman has always taken very good care of me. In my opinion this location is well managed. The manager at this dealership is Richard Ommen. He deserves kudos 100% for making sure his clients receive the best possible service. I've only had my Mercedes for a few years, but with my experience getting maintenance done, I've noticed that not all dealerships are equal. When you leave your car at any location most of the time you are at the mercy of technicians you don't know. I've only had one bad experience at another dealership, but it was bad enough for me to know the difference between a mediocre dealership that is poorly run, and a professional, trustworthy dealership with good leadership. If I could give Mercedes-Benz of Henderson 10 stars I would.

Five stars for the dealership in general and Trent Jenkins in particular. I live in Miami and was looking for a CPO Mercedes Convertible with an unusual color combo. I found it online at Mercedes-Benz of Henderson. I bought it and had it shipped without seeing the car in person, which made me nervous (a big deal for me - my last car was a 2006!). I needn't have worried - Trent made the process so easy, gave me a good deal, and the car was PERFECT when it arrived. Trent has also patiently answered all my post-sale questions and is even mailing me some new batteries for one of the keys. Thanks Trent and Mercedes-Benz of Henderson!

wasnt sure what was wrong with my car but i was stuck away from home at midnight and needed help. Eric could not have been more helpful. he helped keep me calm in a stressful situation while being kind, professional, and at times funny. he solved the issue in a timely manner and had me on my way. 10/10. eric should teach a class on roadside assistance. he raises the bar for great service. hopefully my car never needs roadside assistance again but if it does i would hope to get help from Eric.

Exceptional Experience at Mercedes-Benz of Henderson! From the moment I stepped into the dealership, I was impressed by the professional and friendly staff.I had filled out a request online to view the new C300s and was contacted by Mercedes that day. I was paired with Richard (Foo) and from the beginning I felt that I wasn't going to get pressured or hassled for a sale. He had already gotten a car picked out for me in the showroom and had me test drive it. Richard was openly proud to represent the Mercedes brand and that really drove it to me that it wasn't about just getting me to buy a car, but rather introduce me into an upgrade in my life.The sales process was transparent and efficient, making it a stress-free experience. We were able to get my trade in processed and paperwork signed in just a few hours. The financing process was smooth and transparent, and I felt confident in my purchase every step of the way.Their after-sales support has been outstanding, too. I had to schedule to bring my car in for window tinting and they worked around my schedule and got me a loaner so I didn't need to miss work.I highly recommend Mercedes of Henderson for anyone looking for a place they can find the car of their dreams!

Just be aware if their technicians are backed up. Initial communication of turn around time can make a huge difference as far as service, expectations, and experience.The last time I had a great experience with the service department and turnaround time was normal.This time around not so much. While the service advisor was very professional and this complaint is out of their specific control. They let me know it is backed up with car from Monday. I think that they should not OVERBOOK appointments if they know the bays are backed up. They should reiterate that when booking.If I book and appointment first thing in the morning naturally I would expect to hear back by the end of business day or the morning of the following business day. Especially when I already am aware of the problem via another shop diagnosis.Unfortunately upon arriving I was advised the garage was backed up and was informed my car would not be looked at until tomorrow and potentially three days for diagnosis.Also I did not know that the car needs to be there to wait in the line figuring the line is tracked by appointment and time considering I had showed up to the appointment and signed the work order.I have a guardianship over toddler and cannot have very much downtime when it comes to my vehicle. Loaner cars are non existent for the most part and hard to get. Potential three days for a diagnosis to come back is a little long and would suggest they clear out the garage before booking anything else instead of cramming everyone in for the most penny to reflect better service and quicker turnaround time.Ended up having to call another dealership and made sure that they aren’t backed by by 24-36 hours just to get into the bay since I lost my place in line.

It's amateur hour in the service department. Had an appointment scheduled and it was cancelled unexpectedly the day before and when I called to ask why I was given no reason. They rescheduled it later the same day, which then caused the vehicle to remain overnight instead of the 4 hour window I was told to expectWhen waiting for a shuttle home the shuttle was also cancelled for no reason given after 30 minutes waiting. They rescheduled it and then I was told that there wasn't room for both me and my daughter because they only scheduled a ride for 1 person. I only live about 8 minutes away but spent over an hour just waiting for a ride homeThe next morning (today) I got a text saying the car was washed and ready for pickup. We arrived and then after paying we've been waiting for almost another hour because apparently the car needed to be rewashed. Now I can understand one of these things happening but when it's so many things in such a short amount of time it is really just poor unprofessionalism all around.

Hi I have my Mercedes in for service for a service A maintenance Melissa did a great job outlining details of what my car needs . She is professional and her customer service is on point I highly recommend Melissa as a service advisor.
