This store had so many wonderful selections for decorations, scrapbooking, gifts, etc. I was happy to see that this location has a cashier available if you prefer not to do a self-checkout.

My daughter and I love shopping at this location. I was looking for mistletoe and was not able to find any on our own. I asked Janae for help ( sorry if I misspelled your name). She helped us looked through all the places it could be and we couldn't find any. We thanked her and continued to browse throughout the store. Minutes later, Janea found us and brought over the mistletoe she found for us. She was absolutely sweet and helpful! It's employees like this that keep us coming back to this location.

Good place to find frames, I'm not sure anyone works there, you rarely spot an employee, is alright unless you have a question... You better Google it.

I always love shopping at Michaels but using self check out, I had an issue with an item not scanning right. So I clicked for assistance and waited 5 minutes no one even acknowledge me. So I had to pay full price for my ornaments. And this Michaels isn't the only one I have had a problem with.

Went in black Friday and It was packed! The store was clean and the employees were all friendly and helpful. Line was super long but they had 2 cashiers and had someone helping people use self checkout so we were out of there quicker then expected.

This site needs a lot of attention to the bathroom area of the store because there was one clogged toilet and another leaking; a leaky sink, the paper towel holder was empty and hanging from the wall, the floor was absolutely filthy, and even the sign in the door (no photo) was chipped and lopsided. It was disappointing because the store itself is in a good location and has a decent selection of items. I do not know the state of the men’s room.

This store is well stocked, well organized and staff friendly and helpful. Very clean store which is a huge plus since their inventory is vast and a lot for staff to handle. Thank you Michaels.

Michael’s is probably the best craft store in the Galleria area. Joann’s never seems to anything in the right spots for pricing and ordering online is pain, and Hobby Lobby is closed on Sundays. Michael’s is always clean and organized, I’ve also never had any issues using in store pickup.
