DO NOT GET SERVICED HERE. YOU WILL BE SCAMMED AND LIED TOO. Took my car in for an oil change and witnessed the car tech drive my car onto the curb. After running up and confronting them about it, the young car tech was very apologetic knowing he just messed up, they brought me inside to still charge me for my service then acted like nothing happened. After asking to speak with the manger they told me they couldn’t do anything without video evidence that could only be accessed by the district manager (what’s the point of a store manager if they can’t do anything?) then was given a business card and was told to reach out. Spoke with the district manager “Ernest Keyes” ONE TIME who was completely dismissive, told me he didn’t need to show any footage without a warrant and completely dismissed what I WITNESSED. Wouldn’t give insurance info, and when I had my insurance start an investigation they completely cut all contact. Shady business being run like a complete joke. Save the headache and take your money elsewhere.

I had a terrible experience at Midas. Not only did they completely mess up my car’s tint, but they also didn’t even put my side panel back on properly. They said it would take two hours and completely rushed through it. I trusted them to handle my car with care. Now, I’m dealing with a mess I didn’t sign up for. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone, and I’m beyond frustrated with the lack of professionalism.

I was charged way too much for an oil change $92.76. Manager is not friendly, and was supposed to do a tire rotation but never did (nothing on my receipt) Also, I came in with a flyer that offered oil change, tire rotation, and break inspection for $24.99. I asked for an oil upgrade (synthetic) and manager agreed. The entire experience was not good. I don’t recommend this store.

Quoted me $1600 to replace bad engine mounts. I declined service because that’s wayyyy too expensive. They called me a few hours later to tell me a new issue that they found was ALL my spark plugs were bad (all were replaced 3 months ago so I knew that was false information) and now my engine light was on in my car!?!? I told them not to do any service. When I picked up my car I was charged a $180 service fee (for an overpriced quote and false information) When I got in my car the engine light was not on. Nice try Midas! Enjoy the $180 because that’s all you’re getting from me. Won’t be back. Used Midas in Madison Wi. They were great. Don’t go here.

Took my car in November 4 for a simple oil change. 1 week ago my car was making a noise starting it I checked oil there was nothing. Open oil pan and there's was a bended piston ring inside, oil was dirty and silver, metallic parts all over the oil and pan . My engine is gone . This store owner or manager called me saying it's not their fault that my car had an engine failure. Lies my car was fine before taking there. Don't take your car here

They charged me $170 for changing the bulb in my brake light. When I signed the estimate, it said $6.50
They said there was a labor charge. It took 10 minutes. What a rip off last time they didn’t put oil in my car.

Diagnosed my problem quickly. Gave me a time frame to be done, my vehicle was repaired in that time frame. Friendly employees. Would go back again.

I came in to ask if my Freon was low they charged me $200 to check and see if my Freon was low. They ended up saying that my AC compressor was going out. On top of that, they took the Freon out that they had put in and still charged me the $200. They gave me this quote to replace my AC compressor. Needless to say I went to anotherMechanic (Best Muffler). They told me there was nothing wrong with my AC compressor and charged me $126 to fill up my Freon. They tried to screw me out of $1600. They take advantage of people! This is the second time I have gone there.The other time I went there they told me my brakes were going out. I took it to another Mechanic (Master Tech) They said they were fine for a while. Please be aware of this Midas! The owner should be ashamed that his workers are doing this to his customers.

We have known Ernie the owner, since he took care of our vehicles when he was managing a Big O Tire location here in Green Valley. We have followed him wherever he has gone because of the quality and efficiency and price as well as can be expected that he offers us. If you're looking for a mechanic to stand behind their work and have it done efficiently for you, Midas on St Rose is the location you'll have your best success at.

Went there on a Friday was given the worst possible service. Went in for a simple Uber inspection and was charged $31.50 before inspection was done. The tech inspected nothing saw my window was cracked and failed me without looking at anything else. Instead of refunding me I got called a little girl by Justin a heavy set mechanic that was trying to intimidate me into just walking away mocking me saying "oh you need the money that bad" . Sent an email to corporate no response. I'm guessing they're training includes how to ripoff customers and intimidate. Picture below is what cost $31.50. I was in there for no longer the 7 minutes.

I was helped by Becka, she is very good at her job and knows exactly what your vehicle needs. Service was completed super fast even though I was a walk-in. Thank you Midas Team on St Rose : )

Ernie gives the best customer service. Had us in and out within 15 minutes. Very polite. Will definitely be coming back again.

Ernie just did an oil change for me. Was quick & efficient. Lexus told me I needed a lot of things replaced and done. Ernie and his team confirmed I did not. Highly recommend.

Owner is horrible I over parked in two lots not to mentioned the way he talked to me for doing so like he’s a citation police I was there to have my car serviced & moved anyways. Grown man acting like a child & rude
