Do not use. Went there 6 months ago for cough to try a z pac to help less than 5 minutes in and out Unfortunately didn't help. Asked to pay then but was told insurance would cover so let us bill them. Now just got billed insurance prices $276 because like all insurance bluecross blueshield wasn't in network. Asked for corrected rate they refused. Go to emergency room where insurance policy has to pay or don't tell minute clinic about insurance. Great idea but a scam if they won't let you pay when you leave. Overall was pleased with them until recently. Just sad greedy times even for companies that started out caring.

The nurse practitioner was thorough in his examination. He was informed on pre-existing conditions; he understood my medications. His explanation of my illness and its required treatment were also thorough. He took his time and regarded me as the priority for that portion of his day. He had a good sense of humor too.

I can’t remember the name of The practitioner but she was a beautiful blonde lady with blue eyes and she is so kind and so polite , so patient in answering all my questions and she has a very high level of active listening.My ear was clogged with ear wax and she helped me remove all that wax.at the end of the process I felt relief and I could hear again properly.I hope the company takes good care of her properly that’s a unicorn employee not to lose at costs.Thank You Doctor for helping me.
Waiting time was few , Area super clean , everything is tidy , I would recommend this Clinic to everyone!

The CVS Minute clinic at Horizon Ridge is an excellent place to go for medical care and have professional Medical professionals who will listen to you, respect you, and will work with you.

My wife and I went to the Minute-Clinic on West Horizon Ridge Parkway, in Henderson, NV.
We made a same day appointment on 11-18-2024 for our Flu and Covid 19 vaccinations. Our Nurse Practitioner Reisha was awesome, she was calm, knowledgeable, helpful and very gentle. The two shot she gave me were almost painless. I would highly recommend her to anyone.
Reisha was great, I would highly recommend her to anyone for vaccinations, as well as other clinic procedures. Very compassionate.

Could not contact via phone or online, showed up and signage was not clear, went to the kiosk, only one person in the waiting room and zero appointments available.

By appointment only not walk in or "minute clinic", usually a couple days in advance, also they told me that they can't do a quick strep test because they close at 530 and it was 500....just go to a real urgent care or doctors office and save the time.
