I would give them a zero if I could. I wanted to send $50 to family overseas using their service. Since they are a Walmart partner I thought they would be OK. After setting up an account and trying to send money they denied due to security reasons. After several "support" messages back and forth asking why they stopped responding. This is all they would tell me:
"After careful review, your MoneyGram Online profile is closed. MoneyGram security is not comfortable with your sending activity... to protect the integrity of our security, we are unable to provide specific details regarding why the online profile has been deactivated"
Ive a spotless record and cannot for the life of me imagine why $50 would be a security concern. Why offer the service if they are going to act like this?
