The branch manager and a few of the staff are horrendous. I miss having Fernando my usual bank teller there! The hours are ridiculous at bicentennial 10-4?! And the stare down when walking in with a fake smile. I hate walking in to deposit my tip cash because the branch manager always made me feel as if I was laundering one and five dollar bills or something. There was a bank teller Cedric that I no longer see there, thank goodness. Because I know for a fact he miss counted my money. Just a fair warning to anyone wanting to continue to bank with them, save the trip to another bank. I know I am in the process of moving all my stuff to another bank right now. I'll be closing my account soon and moving on.

Wow. I can only echo the other reviews for this location. If this is indicative of the BOA business model, I am thankful that I only have a credit card from them. I went to the branch at 3pm, one hour prior to closing. My spouse had an issue with a business account that had been closed by the bank. She didn't realize the account had been closed it until she got a BOA cashiers check in the mail for in excess of $10,000. - So, No the account was not delinquent. She was inquiring as to why the account had been closed. She was informed that she woud have to make an appointment to see a banker, and no appointments were available. WE WERE THE ONLY CUSTOMERS IN THE BANK! They didn't close for an hour! If you are considering utilizing them as a financial institution, don't.

This bank is nothing short of just LOUSY. They have THE WORST hours. When the bank is open, the people inside are pretentious and RUDE. In fact, I have not seen ONE friendly face in here. I got to the bank at 3:55 one day, mind you, they CLOSE at 4! They refused to help me. I literally needed to cash 3 checks. It would have taken them a couple minutes! Bank of America is the WORST bank in general. This location in particular really sets the bar low for the company. The ONLY reason I come here is to cash checks from clients that bank here. Otherwise, I wouldn't even bother.

I had an appointment for this morning and the two older gentleman I had the pleasure of speaking with were incredibly rude and had no customer service skills whatsoever. They were unable to help me open an account (frustrating and inconveniencing, but not their fault), and didn't really provide a solution or give me anymore information to help with my situation. The person I had the appointment with pronounced my name wrong multiple times even after being corrected. All around a not so great experience and because of that I will open an account with another bank.

I put a great review in for the Bicentennial branch of B of A in August of 2019 but because of the lady manager there I'm downgrading it. She walks around the bank with an attitude and doesn't pitch in to help her wonderful team even when there is a line extending well past the standing desk meant to keep people in line. She isn't a very civil person with the customers either, but puts on a fake smile when you walk in which lasts all of 2 seconds. Every time I've gone in she's walking around trying to look important, but I've never seen her do anything to help anyone. Right before COVID closed us all down in March I had gone to lunch at PTs in the same parking lot as this bank and won a nice sized jackpot. I went in to the bank to deposit my winnings. I quietly told the teller, who I had become friendly with over the last year, that I had just won the money. When I looked up I noticed the manager was standing about 8 feet away eavesdropping. She said congratulations to me. I was the only customer in the bank, but about 30 seconds later a female customer came in the bank and the bank manager walked over and said to her "can you believe it? she just won $___ on her lunch hour". My mouth and that of my teller dropped open wide.... I could not believe the manager told my personal business to a complete stranger in line waiting to do her own banking. Is nothing confidential anymore? The teller helping me was very embarrassed and apologized to me on behalf of the bank. I told the teller I was really upset the manager shared my personal business like that, and the teller again apologized. Let me be clear, the staff there are all welcoming, efficient, friendly, and very helpful... but the manager needs to be retrained on customer service, confidentiality, and teamwork in my opinion. Lose the attitude! Since I live in the northwest area of town and my business (and the bank) shut down last spring about a week after this happened, I didn't have the opportunity to go into the bank at a later date to let the manager know how I feel about this. But when I look at the reviews posted by other people who downgrade this bank location I felt I needed to let people know what happened. With all due respect, after 31 years of being a customer of B of A, I am still aghast that this happened. Take a look at the other negative reviews for this location including those who specifically call out the managers behavior. There are 8 one stars, and only 2 with positive ratings. If you choose to use Bank of America, you might want to use a different location than the one on Anthem Parkway and Bicentennial.

My wife and I stopped in on Friday 25 minutes before closing to add her to an account. There were 5 people doing nothing and none of them could help. The one person they said could help was with customers and he wouldn't be able to help us. They suggested making an appointment and when I explained to them that they only have available appointments during the middle of the day when I'm working they commented again they could help me. When I asked how they said to make an appointment. They clearly didn't want to help me nor were they listening to me. I've heard several complaints about this branch in the past and it doesn't look like they've made any improvements since reopening. Terrible customer service!!!

I give B of A in Nevada a 1 star review mainly because they thought it was smart to close all of their throughs. They kill you with fees and then make you come inside the branch and wait in a line. Thats what I want to do is get out of my nice comfortable air conditioned car and walk across the parking lot in 100+ degree heat to stand in line to then walk though the parking lot again in 100+ degree heat to get back in to my car which is now hot inside and have to wait for my cars AC to cool me down again. They told me that you can do all your banking at the the drive though ATM. That is a bunch of crap. Oh yeah and if you want to talk to someone about opening up an account you have to make an appointment to see someone. What in sam hell is that about?? More fees and less service. Thats Bank of America. We closed all of our accounts and and opened up accounts at another bank and what a difference in convenience, service and fees. I'm not taking anything away from the people that work there. They have always been nice and helpful. Except for the troll manager Toni. She pretends to be a nice person but she really isn't. You can see right through her.

Horrible customer service with rude, curt and unprofessional banking banking representatives. I went in today to replace my debit card. I was the only person at the counter and there were three reps in the bank and they were all assisting other customers. There were was no signage informing customers that appointments were required, or wait time information, or that all appointments for today were booked. I waited 15-20 minutes in the lobby before one of the bankers finished her appointments and said "It will be just a minute" as she walked by. Hoping to be hurried in and swiftly given a replacement card which took about 15 minutes the last time I replaced my card, that was surely not the case. I was approached by a skinny black lady who had a nasty frown on her face who looked to be inconvenienced. She who told me all of the bankers have appointments and I would have to come in later this afternoon or tomorrow. I wish there was a sign or someone said something, because it could have saved me 20 minutes of time Instead of waiting needlessly in a near empty bank. I am thinking seriously about withdrawing all my money from BofA and transferring it all a Wells Fargo or CitiBank where the customer service is much better and the employees actually treat customers with respect, not like they are an inconvenience! Please consider banking at any one of the great banks near by like Citi or Wells. *** Managers and employees, you need to treat people with a modicum of decency!

Had one of the absolute worst customer service experiences I've ever had here this morning. The woman who claimed the branch manager shouldn't be in charge of anything. Conversely, the kid working as a teller was an all star. It won't be long be for he is running this branch

They can have the nicest people here but the wait if absolutely horrible. I don't know why but absolutely every single Bank of America is like that. That is awful. I was hesitating if I should get a credit card here or not and now when I got it I regret it. I hope they can work on it or just hire more people.

Very nice people here. There are Problems with long lines on Friday's and Saturday's. There is a long line with 1 teller. The manager often comes by and ask," can I help you? She then tell most people," yep your in the right line." She then proceeds to go back into the office.

Today was my first experience inside this branch. I have always used their drive-thru ATM machines up until today when I had a matter that required assistance from a real person. I was nervous. I haven't had good experiences with the Bank of America telephone helpline. However, today I was so pleased with amazing customer service. I explained my issue to Brian the bank teller. Once he understood my issue he asked for the assistance of Eric. Eric sat with me to find the root of my issue and within 15 minutes I was out the door on my way home with my problem completely solved. All staff members I came in contact with were intentional to listen to me and quick to help me find a solution. It was easy to tell that the staff at this branch work well together and make a great team. I am a very satisfied customer and I am thankful to have my finances at Bank of America. Thank you all for your assistance this afternoon! You made my day!

Went to this BOFA in Anthem this afternoon to get out cash, during my work day. 2 women were working the walk in line. When I arrived, there were 7 people in front of me. They went through the line as fast as they could, took about 15-20 mins. Took all 7 people in front of me, without stopping in between for anything. As I was next in line, the 1st woman puts up her "next teller" sign and says "she'll be with you shortly", referring to her coworker. Then the second woman finishes with her customer a couple minutes later and tells me "it'll be a few minutes", as she starts to do something else, then the first woman looks over and laughs. So I say "actually, I think I'll just go somewhere else, as neither of you clearly want to help me." Bank of America your service is lousy in most locations, especially the nicer ones. Nicer the area, ruder the customer service is. Explain that.

Another crappy BOA. Why do they refuse to hire tellers. Only one teller today......I only use my bank once a month and I always feel like I should pack a lunch....hire some damn tellers....I always say I am going to go to another bank ....this may be the straw that breaks that camels back.

Staff is always helpful, friendly, and inviting!! They are usually quick, sometimes the occasional slow teller. They do a great job and I love the atmosphere!!! I enjoy coming here!!
