I just waited more than 45 minutes in line to find out there is a standing order that they do not cash checks here. That makes me seriously worried that I made a mistake starting both personal and business accounts here. What a waste of irreplaceable time.

**edit*** now moved to 1 star for the copy paste response left on my review. Can tell whoever runs it didn't actually read the review or that person would of seen the "answer" provided is contradictory to what I said. This brach is getting more ridiculous. Please tell me where NFCU atms are that I can make a deposit that ISNT attached to one of the branches that I already said was dumb far away.
Low stars for all of the branch locations. So ridiculously far away from the main part of Vegas where everyone lives. Most likely going to find a different closer bank. Oh man figures the day I decided to leave a review is one of the worst days for it. One ATM out of service and the other not taking deposits. Service is always nice and friendly and pretty quick. But the locations really really hurt.

They don't have enough locations & they only have 3 service windows. Seems like they really downgraded this locations with the renovations.

What's is going on with this bank......so I deposit hundreds of dollars and w/"NO RECEIPT".
So you conveniently what..."just ran out of printing paper"? W#F!
I do believe they are trying to "misplaced" YOUR funds.
Good thing I took pics....be quick with it though!
No...I don't think it was a coincidence, as a few weeks later...it was even worst, the atm did not account for all of my deposited funds, refused to return it, then went through some strange steps to just "finally giving my money back.
On the second deposit try...I recruited a voluntary witness, plus took pictures....and "EVERYTHING WENT SMOOTHLY"!

Every bank release direct deposit on Wednesdays except for navy federal I called in to see if they could release my check early due to some bills being due and I was told no and hung up on by a supervisor you guys need to get with the program I mean every bank releases direct deposits 2days early except for you guys and when it is a holiday sometimes earlier than expected

Could have given a better review if their customer service was good. Jennifer there was unprofessional. She didn’t even know the paperwork that have would work. But she still didn’t want to work with me. I feel it’s because I’m black. So I would not be coming back to this location eventhough it is closer. No thank you

I love NFCU and have been a member for many decades; however, this location needs to assess its level of staff throughout the day. I stood in line for 25 minutes before the lunch hour and left without my service need met. There were still still six people ahead of me in line.
To whom it may concern: I was to travel internationally and needed crisp, specific denominations of bills. The intent of NFCU to lessen visits to a branch does not apply.

It used to be such a great credit union but they don't support their customers anymore. I'm gradually going to have to leave them and find a better bank.

Horrible Horrible! I really thought after months of having a membership that everything was ok. I ignored hearing about how they treat blacks because I thought it was just propaganda until I personally myself woke up one day, and I received an email stating that my account would be closed and this is literally for no reason! But because I sent a Zelle to my own business. I go into this branch and like many state the customer service is horrid except for Stephanie the branch manager

Besides the fact I will wait in a line outside to not have to deal with people and there is always a line at the atm, I love this place. Easy to get things done and a bank I love. They only stars lost are due to the recent news of them not approving many African American members for conventional mortgages.

ATM and service excellent. NFCU has always been excellent for me. I have had 2 full account hacks (mail theft and internet hack), Visa compromise Christmas eve. Their service and security are top notch.
