Last Monday, Dec 23, 2024, at 4:47pm, I was ordered OfficeMax Employee to send a package with USPS service to my friend's house for Christmas. I saw Employee already Printed the Label but she hadn't peeled it from sticker paper yet. I saw her being distracted to talk to another male customer while I left OfficeMax.
I checked ID tracking about the package still being in the USPS facility and delivered by Dec 27 but unfortunately, on Dec 27 that package did not get out for delivery. I was worried when I thought it was lost or stolen. But the next morning Saturday, I found my package had returned to my home, not to my friend's home. I discovered that the printed Label was missing on both sides of my package and that she forgot to put it on my package.
So deeply DISAPPOINTED that she failed to put a printed label on it. It's TOO LATE and I already demanded a FULL REFUND back then I went to another delivery service building, not OfficeMax to send the package to my friend.
Her service is TERRIBLE, because of her lack of awareness of important objectives and checking packages. I think She forgot to put an important Label printed on my package after talking with the male customer and she put the package on the Delivery shelf that she was not aware of the printed Label still on my package.
I won't bring any future packages to OfficeMax for sending anymore FOREVER!!!!!! I didn't trust the delivery service at OfficeMax!! I DON'T RECOMMENDED THAT!!

Tge lady who charge me was rushing me when paying. The lady who charged me rushed my transaction not allowing me to choose when prompted on the screen how I would like my receipt. I told her I preferred my receipt emailed so if she could please allow me to choose and bring back the choices to which she tried but couldn’t and told me to go ahead and pay and she would then make sure she sent it to me via email. I never got the receipt emailed. For some reason she thought it was her choice and tapped on the screen rushing the transaction.

They leave online orders sitting by the store entrance, practically inviting theft. Naturally, the criminals know this. When you show up to pick up your order and it’s missing, they subtly suggest you might be trying to scam them for free office supplies. Then they say they’ll "investigate" to make sure you’re not lying before they consider refunding you—according to the kid reeking of cigarettes who "assisted" me. Honestly, why even bother with this place when Amazon Prime exists?

Worst Office Depot ever. They literally canceled my entire online order without explanation. Even though it showed all items I purchased are in inventory. I seriously don’t know how they stay in business.

Went in, found what I was looking for quickly and checked out with no delay. The gentleman at the register was especially courteous and helpful. He even went out of his way to price match my item. Thank you for training a great staff! In a world of online purchasing it is refreshing to be treated with such care in person.

Great place to make an appointment to finalize tour TSA application. Simple process. Only issue: they seemed to be short staffed and my appointment was at 10:20 and had to wait a little bit to process. The employee was apologetic for the wait... but what should have been a 10-15 min process turned into a 45 min process. All and all... simple and professional. Reason for the 4 stars was the waiting process on my appointment.
