Went in, found what I was looking for quickly and checked out with no delay. The gentleman at the register was especially courteous and helpful. He even went out of his way to price match my item. Thank you for training a great staff! In a world of online purchasing it is refreshing to be treated with such care in person.

Great place to make an appointment to finalize tour TSA application. Simple process. Only issue: they seemed to be short staffed and my appointment was at 10:20 and had to wait a little bit to process. The employee was apologetic for the wait... but what should have been a 10-15 min process turned into a 45 min process. All and all... simple and professional. Reason for the 4 stars was the waiting process on my appointment.

Charlene at OfficeMax was awesome! She very patiently built my digital project, taking care of every little detail. The finished product was super inexpensive and turned out exactly as I had hoped!

I went in to print some resumes this morning. I have to say I always cringe when I go to OfficeMax. Usually everyone is not in great spirits. Today was totally different, I actually left in a better mood than when I walked in! Ashley was absolutely sweet and had nothing but positivity pouring out of her! Also incredibly helpful! Thank you Ashley for being you and blessing me with your kindness and contagious smile!

Sharlene is the worst person at this location. I have come here 3 times in 2 weeks and everytime she gives me problems with my orders.She gives so much attitude when you ask her simple questions.To get her to do her job is like pulling teeth.Today, she marked my order as ready for pick up. I sent someone to pick it up and she told them it's not ready.I got off work and walked 2 miles because I have an email and text that says they are ready and they are not.So Roger the manager is having to make them for me.This is my business that Sharlene is affecting and she doesn't care that she has no customer service skills. She needs to go. Read the reviews her name is mentioned numerous times.

For the most part the staff I saw I interacted with on my visit were professional, Charlene in print seemed pretty reasonable... however I came in for a possible poster print which added up to 119.94. It was a bit pricey for me and I changed my mind and told the associate helping me I would think about going through with the purchase, but needed to think that over. He gave me a recommendation and that's fine, and we both walked away. However, I went to go shop and buy some supplies for my classroom.While I was in pod three looking at an air freshener, I could overhear and clearly see that same associate and another one, standing merely five-seven feet away laughing bout something, while discussing how something was "obvious" and they were looking in my direction. Now I don't know if it was about me, or another customer, but that seemed pretty unprofessional, and made me feel a bit singled out as I was walking around the store. Even if you find someone's request silly or ridiculous, I mean, shouldn't you be able to possibly exercise better self control rather than openly make jokes very transparently out loud? Again, I felt like I was being mocked for making a ridiculous request and that's not okay.

I am updating my previous review: Yesterday, Sunday, April 16, 2023, I was frantically running against a deadline to get out multiple documents in multiple ways (scanning/email, etc.) I rushed into the store in the early evening and was blessed to find Val and her partner behind the big print section. They calmed me down and made the whole experience do-able. They helped me enormously, did just about everything for me, reassured me all the way that it would get done. They were professional, courteous, kind and reassuring. I have honestly never had such good help in a commercial business. Thank you Val! So sorry I can't remember the young man's name, but he was amazing, too. I will be forever grateful.Earlier review:The always-helpful staff at Office Max is a blessing in these difficult times. It feels good to shop there. Thank you to the wonderful people who work there. And shout out to Barbara, one of my favorites; she's always friendly, welcoming, warm helpful and easy to talk to.

Charlene in the Printing dept. Is awesome! I highly recommend her and Office Depot for your company printing needs! They produced high quality posters that are captivating.
