I feel like I messed up. I thought if I brought my problem to them, they could help me. Instead, all they did was caused more problems and more confusion and cost more money and sell me things I did not need because it made their sales.

One person was working, and we were picking up a part we preordered online, and the guy let five people pay up who came to the store when we were picking it up. We waited and called while in the store and finally got a response. It was 2 minutes, but he let us wait for 20 minutes. As we left, another worker guy finally showed up, but there was no more line—lousy customer service and planning on the manager's part. The guy's excuse is that no one called him, but I just called him in the store, waiting to notice us finally. Sunday 2/3/2025

Went there with a battery problem as I purchased my prior one there. Another shop told me my battery was fine and tried to sell me on a starter. Glad it went back to O'Reilly's for another opinion. They tested my battery and alternator told me my battery was shot and that was it. Honored the warranty! They replaced it quickly and sent me on my way. Thank you Paul. You guys are great Anthony too for the support

I believe the store managers name is Lisa. Lisa was very helpful and had me taken care of in no time. I use this store often, and I always get good service

I don't normally leave reviews but I promised two awesome people I would Tim and Lisa! They both helped me with a battery issue I had on my car and went above and beyond for their customers! Tim's been great on the few occasions I've been there always willing to help out customers even if he doesn't have too!! Tthis O'Reillys has a small town feel will definitely recommend!

I went last week to replace my battery as it was still under warranty. The employee quickly installed my battery, however three days later my car wouldn't start or take a jump! Called a mobile mechanic to my home and $185 later realized the connection to my battery was loose! This oversight cost me the price of a new battery that I thought I was saving from the warranty. I called the store to give them a heads up to inform their employee--not to get anyone in trouble; but I sure wish I didn't have to pay for their mistake.

I had a problem exchanging a battery I bought online because of a mix up in information. Lisa the manager cleared it up for me on the telephone, the next day I went in and Gary and lisa helped exchange it with ease. Thanks for your help and going out of your way to assist me so early ?
