I went to use the changing room and there were two workers talking and one noticed I went to the changing room but one of them… (the blonde worker) didn’t get her name but, walked in on me with A CUSTOMER while I was CHANGING and didn’t even give me the chance to announce my presence in there. The girl never said sorry or anything to me and as much as I wanted to buy the stuff I tried on I felt very uncomfortable and disrespected.

Like this Paxon been shopping here for years Jake is always so kind so helpful he does the most to help us truly goes above and beyond health disorder online close we had to use our own phone but he didn’t have to help us. He had other shoppers he was still tending to them, but at the same time helping us, he’s very friendly always kind he just makes you feel comfortable and welcomed. We could shop at any other Paxon, but we choose to come to the store because of Jake very kind young man.

Went in yesterday and everyone was sooo kind and helpful. Jake always goes above and beyond to help me and the people I'm with. And the store is always so neat, fitting rooms as well I really love that location.

Love the Pac Sun at the Galleria mall, their staff is amazing , thank you Jake (store manager) for taking the time to help us today. So happy to see that stores still have great customer service, we will for sure return to your store!

Pac Sun at the galleria mall has the best employees and customer service! The store is always clean and organized. Jake the store manager is awesome! He is very knowledgeable and kind. He will definitely help you find what you need.

I called this store earlier to resolve an issue I had with an order. I spoke with Bella who was extremely helpful in the resolution process. She went out of her way to find a bikini top for me and shipped it out in less than two hours. Very quick and focused. I am very grateful. Thank you so much again!
