Great eye center. Great Doctors, friendly staff. Convenient location on Green Valley. Appoints can be made online well in advance to get day/time one needs. Paperwork filled out ahead of time via web forms,saving me time. In and out. Highly recommend!!

The staff was super friendly and efficient. They allowed me plenty of time to select the perfect new frames. This is why I continue to go back year after year to see Dr. Jones and her team.

The staff is great! The doctors know what they are doing. Great place. Haven’t been able to wear contacts in years, but with their help, dry eyes are gone and enjoying my contacts once again!!

Best experience at this Pearle Vision. The staff is wonderful and the doctor is fantastic friendly and makes sure she goes over in details what is going on with my eyes so I can understand. I humbly thank you all for making my experience memorable. Until the next time stay blessed ???

This has been a long over due review. This has been my my second chance in giving pearl vision . I decided to give this location a chance. Many months ago, I saw Dr. Francis Capulong-Jones. During this visit, Dr Jones raised my eye prescription to compensate due my reading sight. This is something that I never brought up to her. When she provided the lenses for me to try on, I notice a very huge difference and I even told her that. Dr. Jones told me to pull my cell phone away In order to read it (which I never had an issue before). She informed me that I would get used to the prescription, to give it time. During this visit Dr. Jones asked me what lenses did I wear. I told her the brands I wore. She told me that she don't know those brands and that they were not FDA approved. She then recommend me to Air Optix Colors. I purchased four boxes.For a few months, I notice that this prescription was not right for me. I gave them a few more months when I realized that not only was the Prescription wrong, but the contact lenses brand is not the right one for me. I was able to get an appointment and I saw Dr. Jones again and informed her that the Prescription she made for me was too powerful. Dr. Jones then modified and lowered it. I Also informed her that one of my contact lenses brand is actually FDA approved. She then proceed to state that not in the US but certified in another state or country. I then showed her that contact lenses brand was given a US FDA approval number. Dr. Jones then asked if I had brought my current contact lenses, which I did and provided the boxes to one of her office member. When she saw that they were color lenses, she informed me that since they were color they could not exchange them for me, instead give me clear lenses. She provided me a trial box and informed me that they have ordered me clear lenses and once they arrived they would call me to pick them up. A few days later, I got a called from the office and informed me that my lenses have arrived. When I asked what was the difference price point of the clear contact lenses to the color Lenses, they told me I wouldn't be charged. I informed her that I didn't asked how much I was going to get charged, I asked the price difference. They never provided me that Information. I did asked to speak to their office manager. I was informed that she was out for the next couple of days and she would call me at the end of the week. Aubrey called me one week after, and I never reached out to her. I decided to visit another location to get a second option due to having two different Perscriptions . They were able to modified the Prescription. During this visit I asked what was the difference of the price points of both lenses. I was told that it was $81 for clear lenses and $122 for color lenses. I was getting clear lenses and was not going to be given the refund price difference.Another location told me to speak to the district manager by the name of Wendy. At first, Wendy tried to informed me that one of my brand of lenses was not FDA approved. After I informed her that as any medical professional should do , be knowledgeable of their industry and research, she was able to confirmed that my brand of lenses were and are FDA approved.At the end, Wendy did not want to refund me the difference of the color lenses to the clear lenses the location wanted to give me. Instead she offered me a $50 refund due to my contact lenses test and the prescription (Wendy informed me that pearl vision Perscriptions are not valid outside of pearl vision locations, which made me decide no to have them as a eye provider). I told her that she can keep the clear lenses and the $50, and to please educate her doctors on products and brands available to their patients.After all this, I decided to avoid Dr. Jones and Pearl Vision in general.

Won’t be back. I’ll find another place to take my insurance next time around. Went here, had an exam and ordered glasses. Waited two weeks, then received a call that my glasses had a scratch and asked me if I wanted to pick them up anyway and wait another two or three weeks to get new lenses. I agreed to pick them up on Saturday and went by at 840 to find two employees inside. Instead of asking what I wanted one of them screamed at me “ we open at 9 and turned her back on me”. I just wanted to tell them to hold them until the new lenses came in. Wish I could just cancel the order, but, of course you can’t do that. Last time I patronize this place. Did the same thing a year ago. Waited over a month for glasses. Just ridiculous.

I was nervous going in because I knew there was something wrong with my eye. I can't remember their names, but every person I interacted with was truly professional and so very sweet. The Dr. put my mind at ease as she told me what was wrong with my eye and gave me an eye exam for new spects. She was so awesome. She also said if I felt I needed to come in for anything(regarding my eye issue) at all, not to hesitate and that they were there 7 days a week. Again, I don't remember their names, but another very sweet girl helped me with my selection of frames. It was a very calm and zero stress visit and very quick too!! When I go back to pick up my spects I will get the names of all the staff and update my post. Thanks girls!!

Great service, extremely knowledgeable and caring. I feel like they care about my vision, comfort and practicality as much as I do! I have had all kinds of experiences with eye care and they are by far the best I have experienced. I would highly recommend.

Made an appointment over the phone for 11 a.m. I arrived there 15 minutes early. The receptionist checked me in. She was nice and check-in was easy. The tech was very professional and the process did not take long at all. She answered all my questions and was very patient. The eye doctor was nice. I did not feel rushed. Very pleasant experience. The sale representative very also very nice. I told her what I did she help me pic out the perfect lens for me. No pressure sales we talked and I received a great pair of glasses within my budget. Very pleasant experience.

Arrived for my appointment 15 minutes early. Sat there for 15 minutes without being helped. When I was helped, I was asked for my medical insurance. I had already provided my vision insurance two weeks in advance when I set the appointment since when do you need medical insurance to see an optometrist? Staff is very unprofessional and dismissive left without seeing optometrist, make an appointment elsewhere, unless you like subpar service.

I had a fantastic experience during my recent visit to the eye doctor. The ambiance of the clinic was pleasant and inviting, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. However, the highlight of my visit was undoubtedly Dr. Lucido. Their expertise and professionalism during the examination were truly remarkable. I felt well taken care of and confident in the quality of care I received. Overall, it was a great visit, and I highly recommend Dr. Lucido and their team for anyone in need of eye care

So I asked by the phone before eye appointment to get new glasses. Doc told me my insurance is covered for free glasses and check up(It wasn't I feel like they just want new customers but ppl will know this isn'tthe best place or service and go else where).So when you enter the door they charge you $85 for appointment fee and after seeing doc for eye check up I was guided to helper who works there. I told her what kind of style I liked. I saw her walking to discount area and still cost me over $218. This is all new to me because I've lived overseas mostly and it's doesn't cost to check eye check up only prescription glasses I gave 3 star because it took them over a month to get my glasses right. First time went for pick up after 3 wks of waiting(that's A LONG time if I losed my glasses would I be blind for that long?) So went there tried it on but wasn't right with right side. It was squeaky and the lense was coming out half way. So the lady who was helping me she doesn't wear gloves and just pops out the lense herself and squeeze it back in(this could be the reason why my lense is all scratched up). She said she'll semd back to lab and they'll fix it. So another 19 days pass by and got the text saying it's ready for pick up.It's not a bad fit but still scratches on both lenses.I didn't say anything because if I said something it would have taken another 2-3wks. I just wanted my glasses so I left even though I wasn't happy with it.
