I was at one of the stores at my house and we were gifted the $15 off coupon for dog food. We'll our dogs couldn't eat the puppy formula and petsmart can override to accommodate the buyer. I said if I get the other food my dog is going to get sick and I said I can't do that he said we'll that's what you may have to do. Is buy the food and they get sick and then bring it back. I was so shocked what this manager said at this store. Basically he is not an animal person nor does he care about other people's pet. I was so disgusted what he said. @petsmart And they also had sold expired food as well that I had purchased one day.

was told pet smart doesn't price match, I've been going to PetSmart for years so I'm confused. I had to spend $7 more on something that I could have gotten cheaper but the workers had a poor attitude, terrible service, can't believe they hire people like this. absolutely ridiculous

On 9-20-24 I spoke with Brianna ( the lead) to book my dog a grooming appointment. I asked Brianna what the latest I could bring my dog and she told me I could only bring my dog in the morning because in their notes it says I can only come in the morning and he's afraid of the dryer! When has a groomer every told a customer they can only bring their dog in the AM because the notes said so! Brianna you need to find another job!

If I could rate this lower, I would. I called to see about a grooming service for my 85 pound puppy (which was mentioned many times to the groomers over the phone and when we got there), we told them he had never been groomed before and to please have patience with him as this is his first time. We get there and they would not let us go back with him, which is reasonable but they put on a tiny lead that looked as if it was choking him and dragged him to the back when he expressed fear. When we left we got a call 29 minutes later saying to come pick him up because of some sort of issue. When we got there the employee helping yelled at us and was extremely disrespectful, having one of us go to the back to grab him. When she went to help the employee grab our dog she saw that our dog was cowarding in a corner. When trying to grab his harness that they previously took off of him the employee screamed at her saying we need to control our dog, our dog had not moved from her feet. Upon walking outside with him the employee was INCREDIBLY rude and told us we were no longer welcome, without giving any details as to why our dog was treated this way and why we were being yelled at. A lady tried to come in to the grooming room as this was happening and the employee yelled at the lady telling her to get out and let us walk out, treating us as if we were a pack of wild animals. By any means, I do not recommend this place for grooming AT ALL. They are incredibly disrespectful and ever since coming home my puppy has had the runs and has become skittish. They do not have the experience they say they have with puppies or big dogs.

Staff is friendly and they have everything you need. We bought a beta fish for my daughter. They have the beta fish sold in tiers for quality ranging from $5.99 to $19.99.
