This post is for supposedly the cashier named Samantha with the dyed pink hair that runs the front checkout line when I was leaving today with my son and daughter, she was distracted, talking to another employee about nothing to do with work issues, and when my card got pulled out too fast. She walked around the desk and started talking to me like I was a 13-year-old kid Very disrespectful. I finish my transaction and I found a manager and told him that this lady had treated me completely out of hand in front of my children and spoke to me very rudely and he said he had no idea what to do and she was listening and laughing, I want Petsmart to know I will not be going to the store ever again because of this I would rather drive 15 minutes longer to have better customer service. I am still outraged by the complete disrespect.

They refuse to honor online prices. We got all the way there for them to say what the Petsmart website says isn't correct.

Drianna is very experienced, professional and so awesome. She has bathed and groomed both of my Bouvier Des Flounders pups and Drianna did such an amazing job! Drianna was so good with them and patient. My girls are big dogs but she did them and me proud. I would highly encourage and recommend Drianna or any of these ladies in Petsmart @ 286 Lake Mead Pkwy, Henderson to anyone. You will not be disappointed. These ladies are beyond amazing . Btw: they also bath and groom cats too

ZERO customer service from totally distracted, completely disinterested employees. I had run to PetSmart after returning from a short trip to LA. We've all had that kind of experience--you walk into an establishment and not one person working there acknowledges your presence. It's as if you're invisible even though your head is on a swivel, indicating to anyone paying attention you're looking for something AND NEED HELP! Had it been any other time, any other day, I would have done an about-face and beat feet for the door. It's now a time when it's FAR easier to shop online and with one mouse click, have that item speeding its way toward your home. However, this this time we were on a mission! THAT DAY, we'd just driven back from Los Angeles, and it was abundantly clear--as we got closer to home--our three little ones were PACKED with FLEAS! Yuck! They must have picked them up while staying with family. Obviously, fleas are commonplace in LA while they're rare in Southern Nevada. When I finally was able to get help from a young man, he asked what I was looking for. I said, "Flea Control." Without missing a beat he retorted, "We don't have fleas in Southern Nevada." Thanks, Einstein. Amazingly--and likely a BIG surprise to the PetSMart in-house genius--they had a whole section featuring flea and tick control products, presumably for sale EVEN THOUGH the problem doesn't affect pets in our area! SMH The main thing I wanted immediately was a topical flea control solution. They had the regulars: Hartz, Front Line, etc. I purchased the treatment products needed as well as anti-flea shampoo I could use as soon as we got home. Adding insult to injury, the topical pack was nearly $75 to treat our three little ones! I did a price check on Amazon when we got home. The same item was around $35. How "Brick and Mortar" stores can possibly compete, especially with lousy customer service, is beyond me. Needless to say, this reviewer will never set foot in another PetSmart. PS: When walking into the Henderson PetSMart where I shopped, it was empty of any customers, further mystifying the lack of customer service. IF storefront businesses are to compete and survive, they need OUTSTANDING customer service to compel patrons to visit their store again and again.

They took great care of my girl. She got her yearly shots, and they gave me a great summary of her overall health. Also found the cutest sweater for the winter season for a great price.

I've been here several times for supplies and to look at the kittens available for adoption from time to time. The location is in a convenient shopping center with plenty of parking. They usually always have everything I need and in stock here. The staff has always been helpful when I had questions and pretty friendly at the check out line as well. I have ordered for pickup from this location and I appreciate that they offer pick up when I am in a hurry. I ordered through the app for delivery from this location a few times and once there was an issue where I received a different order but they corrected it for me and I received what I ordered pretty quickly after speaking to someone. So I appreciated that they were so helpful when it came to that issue!

This is our PetSmart of choice! We love bringing our puppy in for a visit and for grooming here. ALL of the staff at this location is helpful, kind and just overall awesome. The grooming staff did an amazing job on our pups first groom. They even gave us helpful tips on how to get him used to future grooming sessions. So cool! We love coming here and sometimes even just come in on a whim to tire our pup out.

Staff in the pet salon are friendly and efficient they care for our pets. The store is well stocked and clean and that staff is helpful.
