$50 for a litter box? So if I need two litter boxes I have to spend $100 for two shit boxes? That is so out of line it’s offensive and there were no other options other than disposable ones for 1799 nothing in between the disposable ones for 1799 and the regular ones that were nothing special for $50. For $50 for a shit box I’m gonna need the shit box to clean itself out. You guys are out of line for that. I understand things are going up, but that’s just straight taking advantage.

Never go to the Banfield hospital in this PetSmart. They are THEE worst. They should at least SEEM like they care about your pet. They're there to only make money. Spent $700 only for my pet to get worse. Then they tried to upsell me and tell me to bring my pet back in just days after the visit. Again, just there for the money. Corporate Vets and the staff are rude as soon as they walk into the door to go to work. I asked for my pet's results in writing multiple times and they refused to email me a copy. I had to call another Banfield just to get the results. Upon reading the results and "little side notes" they put into the file, they wrote so much incorrect and misleading information. Never again will I attend ANY Banfield, just because of the experience at this particular one.

The Jr Detective security should realize it wouldn't be Jr at Petsmart if they had skills.
In under 2 minutes of entering & looking for more guinea pigs, they made their Target security like obvious sweep over pretending shes coming to do something, so I move right away & she immediately swoops back to behind the registers.
Where/who does she think this is. Very frequent pet shop customer, but never here after this needless harassment.
Not sure if former Target security or local public school graduate, but this was ridiculous.

Schedule a grooming for my dog at 4:30pm. Then they called at 4:15 and were persistent on rescheduling due to the goomer leaving by 5pm. Why be able to schedule an appointment at 4:30pm just to be rescheduled. We were 10 min away from petsmart the appointment was schedule for 4:30pm so why let us book an appointment knowing your employee going to want to reschedule ?

Had the product I wanted price tag's were up to date showed the product on sale, was able to buy what I needed unlike the petsmart near the airport

I just called today to make a new appointment for my senior dog. As the associate got my information she asked if she can put me on hold, I said okay. She tells another co worker “hey be careful with shaving the ears”. “We had 4 incidents this week regarding the ears” Then says to her co worker are you shaving the ear looking at me and talking, she said be carful. At that point she must have a realized she did not put me on hold and she hung up. No, no, no..

I apologize for the lengthy review, but i wanted to give details as to what happened and not leave the mind for speculation. I do not leave this review with any mallice but to share my experience. This was my first time taking my pets to this grooming location, but both of my pets have been to other petsmarts before for grooming. I took two of my pets in today, Merci (shih tzu) and RJ (yorkie) for grooming. Merci gets groomed regularly at petsmart just not this location, as she is visiting the area for a while, but there should be notes in her file for how she is cut. To start off, the staff and groomers were very nice at hand off they gave me a same day appointment and seemed to listen to my wants and needs for my pets grooming at time of drop off. I showed the groomer that was taking care of Merci exactly how I wanted her. The reference photo is in the review ( in the car with blue bows). The groomer said she understood and even stated this is a teddy bear cut. The 1 star rating all occurred when I returned for my pets. First I was told to pay before even seeing my pets for their grooms. I thought this was different as I usually pay after I see them and then I go to the register. But I thought nothing of it and paid. I found out they did not make all owners do this as there was another man picking up his pet after I paid and he was told to go check out after he saw his pet and picked his pet up. However, Merci looked nothing like the reference photo (outside photo purple bows). They completely cut her face low (no she was not matted when she went in) and didn't really seem to trim her tail evenly. Rj was trimmed by a different groomer and he does look much better than when he went in (also he was not matted) but his cut was a bit uneven. I did not give a reference photo for how I wanted RJ cut as he is an older boy and I mostly just want the hair out of his eyes and to keep his fur length as he doesn't have an undercoat . At the time I was pretty upset that merci looked nothing like the photo I gave them. The manager was called and said the groomer spoke to her about my pet before I got there and said she was going off of a picture and was unsure. The manager told me she assured the groomer that I would love it because she was cute. I was mostly upset because I gave a clear photo of how I wanted her face and body and if the groomer couldn't remember how the photo looked I had no problem sending it. The manager told me there is no way to send photos. The manager did give me a full refund for Merci's cut and I did not complain about RJs cut when I was there. All in all, it is just fur, and it will grow back. I mostly put this here to also constructively state that if you are having groomers do cuts and some people want a specific cut based off a photo there should be a way for the phot o to be sent or you could tell owners to print it off and I would have gladly.

Always order live mealworms from here every 2 weeks to get delivered to my home address, most of the time they are dead and black and no refunds, it also takes 3 hrs to get them delivered each time
