I was very happy with the friendliness and care Yinelis provided to me. She was knowledgeable and caring to make sure I felt comfortable getting a second piercing in my ears. I had my first piercing when I was about 9 or 10. Very different experience now that I’m 66! I don’t feel any discomfort at all and honestly I forgot I had them done. Thank you for your professionalism Yinelis.

Fantastic experience with Banter. Got both my second and triple lobe piercings in one sitting. My first piercer did an amazing job. She was so friendly and thorough with her markings and talked me through the whole thing. The next day, I had realized I wasn't completely happy with one of the placements, so I called the manager and she helped me fix it so I was 100% satisfied. The team they have at Banter is amazing, especially Yinelis and Nancy. Thank you so much, I'm so incredibly happy with my piercings!
