This is the 2nd time we’ve been here, and they do a phenomenal job. It’s better than any full-service car wash we’ve been to. Our car looks brand new every time.

Took my car for a car wash and this damage happened after the wash Pit Stop Chevron on Stephanie & I15 Supervisor said it’s an old car and it probably had bubbles in the paint they will not cover the damage Sat Apr 5 2025

Of all the full service car washes I've been to are by far the best and reasonably priced. Very happy each time I leave.

Stopped by to pick up fish and chips, or should I say breading and chips. It's been a while since the last time I stopped and picked up dinner. Frys tasted the same as the fish. I don't remember them tasting the same way. Fish looked huge, but it was all breading viry little fish, kind of hard to find. The price is just about doubled, and the quality they had is gone. I believe it was my last trip. They are getting too big food quality is gone and customers have to pay the price. Was good while it lasted.

They broke my front emblem & weren't going to do anything about it. I filled out an incident report, but it's been over 2 weeks and they have not tried to contact me. Their hours listed are not accurate, their website does not work & their phone number that is listed is not in service, so now I have to drive back there to see what's going on. They also did not do a very good job washing my car. I had to clean my rims & all my windows when I got home...

Horrible, it's name does it justice!!! The fact that I brought up a concern to Krista the store manager! Instead of taking care of the customer she was more worried in taking price error down (which i understand error) i didnt mind paying the price not one time did she look at me or addressed me face to face she was looking away and more focus on taking down the price it had. Versus addressing the issue the priority which is the customer. She was very vocal and customers heard her and another store manager jason from another terribles heard when I told her to address the situation 1st and me tinned to her was the customer not important she said loudly no there not!!! This lady has horrible customer service, SADLY IS her associates seen hiw she addresses this type of situations they looked frightened to be honest! Which is another concern! In which I am hopeful they will reach out!!

I am so disappointed in the service I got especially for the money I'm paying plus tip. They didn't vacuum my car at all. I got home and saw that my backseat is still full of dog hairs all over the carpet. I didn't inspect the car before it was released to me because I TRUSTED that they were gonna do a good job and didn't need to inspect them. Lesson learned! Always inspect the car before its released to you. I have no clue what I paid for when they didn't vacuum my car. If you want something done right, do it yourself. I now understand why self car washes are getting popular because the service is not good when someone does it for you. Look at the photos and see how dirty my car looks, when I paid to be cleaned. Never coming here again. Save your money.

I have the unlimited car wash plan through Terribles. Not only can I go through every Terribles car wash but I can come to the Pit Stop and get the whole thing detailed for no additional money.

Always come here when I need a full inside-outside car wash. They do a good job but today Chris🌟 he did an excellent job! Paid attention to every detail. Beautiful! My car looks like new!!

Price was $30 plus tip which covered inside and outside cleaning. Having checked around it was the average price in Henderson. Very busy, but pretty fast service. At least a dozen cleaning techs keep things moving. My car was finished by a young hispanic woman who went above and beyond with my very dirty car. The waiting area is clean and comfortable both inside and on the patio area. I'll be back!

Paid 120 for a mini detail. Total waste. Had to point out way to many missed area. Still had wax residue. Just got tired of pointing out problems and left. Never going back.Services: Polishing
