Staff always blocks off seating area and never allows anyone to use restrooms. When asked they are always rude.I can’t believe Port of Subs has gone downhill.

This was my first time at Port of Subs. I live in Ohio and was not familiar with this sub shop. Toppings were few, the meats were sliced right in front of you, the bread was top notch. Besides the prices I have no complaints.

Wow. Went at 11:45 on Sunday Aug 27th. Two workers no showed so the poor woman was on her own and had to make two deli platters before anyone walking in could even order. Not her fault, but just a call out to lazy ass Gen Z'ers who can't even show up for work. What a joke. And yes, verified they are Gen Z(ero) bums.

Posting for my son : Service was horrible, asked to have a specific sandwich made for me, I usually order a tuna and salami sandwich, this time the young lady at the cashier decided to give me attitude when I asked if I could build my own sandwich. She said they can only make the 1-18 sandwiches listed on their menu, but also stated that we could add or remove certain ingredients for an extra charge. After I stated I wanted a number 15 with no pepperoni, or provolone, instead id wanted Tuna and Cheddar cheese. The woman said "sir we cannot do that, we do not build sandwiches here." I explained to her how Ive never had this issue at any other port of subs, as Im used to going to the one in Green Valley and ive never had any issues. She continued to give me attitude as repeated herself again. I then said thank you, but Im going to leave. Id rather spend my money elsewhere.

We bought a foot long #1. The bread was stale and other than a lot of olives and pickles there wasn't much to it. Very little meat and a skinny teeny tiny piece of cheese. Definitely not worth $13

Really nice workers. Polite and smiley. Sandwich was delish; fresh bread. However, they are required by law to provide a public restroom which they did not have. I really needed to go - it was a medical necessity from a medication side effect that causes my bladder to need to empty more often. They obviously have a bathroom for staff. I feel like in this situation they should have let me use their bathroom. Was not impressed with that. (I was not just a random person walking in off the street either... I purchased sandwiches and drinks.) EDIT: The manager indicated a "pipe was clogged" but obviously there is still a bathroom on site for staff, and my point is they could have let me use that one!

Greatest sandwich I ever tasted. Was suggested to me by an employee named Kaylah who made me feel welcome as it was my first time at port of subs. The seating was also very clean with a nice couch to sit on and relax!

First time @ this location and I'll probably never go to another.Super friendly employees with spotless dining areas and restrooms.We chose to sit near the back, where a couch, love seat and coffee table await- super comfy! It's obvious the owners/management at this Port of Subs location take pride in their store.

Work right around the corner and usually have no problem. But today went in for lunch and ended up having to leave with no food so I could get back to work before my lunch was over.

Thank you Kaylah for the warm and fuzzy hospitality my sandwich was made great. You are very positive sweet smart intelligent and you know how to keep the energy up and light. I love your passion. Clean place. Employees all friendly, sub was the best I have had at any port of sub shop. Will be my go to spot from now on
