I just want to say that Toni Laird-Wise and her team are amazing. They are SOOO Polite and helpful. From taking packages to the car (when not asked) to just simple everyday courtesies. I had to ship something to Canada and she said I will give you 4 options before I even asked for options. They are really great at customer service.

Had gone originally to the post office across the street but they’re short staffed and busy. Found postmaxx and was treated so VIP. She helped package my books and there were no extra charges for anything. Even had the priority flat rate box size I needed. Thank you Toni!

In a sea of poor reviews for postal shops I found PostMaxx as the only well reviewed shop in the area when I was searching for options to rent a PO Box. I called and the owner, Toni answered and was a complete delight so I drove over and signed up. Since that time 3 mos ago I have super happy with the level of service. Toni ALWAYS recognizes myself and my wife..... even on my first post sign up visit. She is perpetually in a great mood and very friendly to all. Everyone is treated like family. A rarity in todays desensitized world. On top of that the service is terrific and we get timely notices when we have mail or packages.

Besides being a mess in the lobby where obvious patrons just leave their trash on counters and such, that wall along the parking lot exit is a hazard. Too many cars driving out are too close to the lane going into the parking lot. There could also be a traffic mirror installed to prevent an accident along that wall... just saying.

You won't find better service than Postmaxx! Toni and her family and Co worker Debra treat you like family! Toni's prices are beyond fair and much lower than competitors! I trust Toni and everyone who works here 1,000,000% with all of my mail and packages! I still can't believe how lucky I got in finding Postmaxx on Yelp when we moved here from out of state! Toni is extremely popular on Yelp with 5 star reviews and they are all true! I'm picky, and Toni's business has far surpassed my expectations! I have never, ever been disappointed in anything! Postmaxx is a rare gem of business nowadays where customer service is the first priority! Toni is the best!!! I would give Toni, her family, and Debra a million stars!!!

Postmaxx is AWESOME!!! Toni and Debra are always so helpful and sweet! I've never had a mail service I could trust this much in my life! I never have to worry about my mail.....everrrr! Toni's prices are beyond reasonable and I honestly could not imagine having a mail box anywhere else! I'm super picky and I don't trust people easily....Toni and Debra have become like family to my daughter and I and that's a huge compliment coming from me!!! I would give Toni, Debra and POSTMAXX A MILLION STARS!!!
