Stephanie from the Green Valley Pottery Barn store #748 in Henderson, NV was extremely helpful in locating three lamps for us. She went above and beyond by calling several stores to find them - two were available at the first store in Reno, NV and one at a store in Utah. We were impressed with the exceptional service we received and hope Stephanie gets the recognition she deserves for her outstanding service. I have shopped at many Pottery Barn stores but have never experienced such a high level of assistance. Thank you, Stephanie, for all your help.

It was Super Beautiful and very X-mas in there. Nice to walk through. However, I was looking for small items to ship via post that are novel, clever, useful, interesting, light, not crazy expensive, but also not cheap rubbish. I had a few go to places back in Phoenix for such things at the finevarts convention center gift shop. So many novel items for home, office, work, kitchen, music time et cetera... I found Potter Barn beautiful, but it didn't have what I was looking for. Loved walking through it though. So beautiful!

I Purchased a beautiful canopy bed and was very excited when i was told shipping would be 2-3 weeks. Its now been 4 month and i still have nothing. I was charged $260 worth of interest on their in store credit card for a product i never recieved. It would have been double that but i decided to pay the card off after 2 months. The first rep i talked to said if i canceled my order i wouldnt get refunded for shipping cost. Idk how thats possible since nothing ever shipped. Finally i got a rep that was able to talk to someone higher up to get shipping refunded. I still wont know if this issue is fully resolved until i get an email update on monday so fingers crossed i do get a full refund as promised. But basically they got 260 dollars out of me for litterally nothing. Just a headache. Beautiful looking products but god these guys suck.

Would've given 5 Stars, but one of Green Valley store's designer has a bad attitude, rude and pushy. I guess she's proud of her New Yorker aggressiveness attitude. If management doesn't care about the way she runs her mouth, not much one can do besides make a drive elsewhere or order online. Honestly, she needs to work in a environment where she doesn't have any type of communication with humans or even animals.

Very disappointed in this location, we requested an in-home consultation after we bought a beautiful large floor lamp, we left all of our contact information, and we were promised they would reach out to us. No one called, no one followed up. Actually not that surprising since they were quite dismissive in store at all requests and not very eager to help. Was it our skins tone? I don’t know but seems quite odd! Avoid this location at all costs.

I shop here very often. But this location is terrible, the costumer service is the worst. Every single person acts like they're too good to assist you.

If I could give a minus 10 stars, I would. Ordered this table for a whopping $1,699.00 + tax + delivery over a year ago. Table top had a crack. Over the past 6 months (no exaggeration) PB has 'attempted' to deliver 3 more tops - all cracked. They finally issued a credit on the one they charged me for again but never delivered. I'm stuck with the original with a massive crack. Local manager at Green Valley has enjoyed taking our money over the years but acted inconvenienced when we brought up the issue. Customer service was beyond a joke. It's hard to get Nordstrom | Costco type of service. PB is beyond a joke - F (Service). Steer clear.

I am very disappointed in Pottery Barn and their customer service. I purchase the Hart Round Reclaimed Wood Pedestal Extending Dining Table, Black Olive, 63" - 79". It was delivered on 4/5/2020. We have never moved the table and have only used the built-in extender maybe 12 times at the most. We recently had a dinner party and opened the extender to allow for enough people to sit around the table. As the night went on, the top of the table became loose. It was easily moved by only resting your arms on the table. I called and emailed with customer service several times and was only advised to call Furniture Medic, a separate company here in town. I called and texted that company several times and still have not received a call back. I told Pottery Barn, I didn't mind paying for the repair but they do not offer that service for their products. In my opinion, their product should last more than 2 years and 1 month and if it doesn't they should be interested in making it right, especially if clients are willing to pay for the service. I will never shop at Pottery Barn again.

Oh pottery barn has taken so much of my money. I think 90 percent of my home is their items. The curtains are great quality and their pillows oh I just love their colors. A bit pricey but I believe your getting what you pay for so I'm willing to purchase things that will last.

I have been shopping at Pottery Barn since the 90s and have never had anything but great experiences. Their furniture is high quality and super cute. On the rare occasion I've purchased something that didn't meet my expectations of Pottery Barn, I have had no issues dealing with customer service and/or returning items. The employees at this location are always very helpful and friendly. I think the reviews about delivery times since the pandemic started are unfair. The delivery times have been extraordinarily long for every company I have purchased from due to all the issues that come with the entire world closing down. Pottery Barn has been no slower than any other furniture company and faster than many.

this place is awful. i ordered furniture and cancelled the order after 8 months of receiving delay notice after notice. i never took delivery! not only did i not take delivery they reported me to equifax for nonpayment. it gets better. capitol 1 is the processor theu have attempted numerous times to contact pottey barn to verify no merchandise was received.since pottery barn has not responded they refuse to take this off my credit report. i have personally gone into this location on numerous occasions to resolve this. imagine my surprise finding out before closing im the one thay got screwed. thanks pottery barn.

Whatever you do do not have furniture delivered because if it is the wrong item or cheap you will still be charged. Seven months later they won't refund my money for a chair that never showed up.

Love the simplicity & elegance of their displays! I've purchased many beautiful & functional items...their Christmas offerings are always so timeless & beautiful! My friends & I LOVE the Pottery Barn! Beautiful products, friendly staff, ample parking! Employees & patrons must wear masks per COVID protocol.
