Rude lady answered the phone saying oh you have acrylic nails we don’t have time for that. I asked her if she had 30 minutes to takeoff my nails and she kept repeating we don’t have time for that. But if it was a gel set, she said we had time for that. Makes no sense. Why are you in business if you don’t want to help others out.

I found my new pedicure place! The service was so relaxing!the conversation was so genuine and his story and journey makes you feel so grateful you chose this spa! Husband and wife owned! The spa is small but comfortable, they were so sweet and welcoming! My toes are so beautiful, and he didn't cut me like the other nail spas! I wasn't rushed at all, it was so comfortable just relaxing and watching tv we even had conversations about living in Henderson, moving from Cali to Nevada! I love this place! A gem on water street

I has planned to run errands on Water St. so I looked for a nearby salon and found Princess Nails & Spa. Clearly stated that they only accept appointments (no walk ins) but a quick call and Rose accommodated my timing request. It is an intimate location, very clean and welcoming. After two other not successful nail jobs at other salons, Rose listened and did exactly as I had asked and I LOVE my nails! Then to the pedicure chair where Tu did an amazing job while chatting, entertaining and being wonderfully engaging. I am very particular about my nails and Rose and Tu delivered! For the first time in years I have a new salon and love the idea of supporting this small business!

Both Tu and his Wife Rose do amazing work! They make the best team. They have the best hospitality and their nail salon is very clean! I've been coming to them for a couple of months now and I will not be going anywhere else. They also have some of the best prices! Check them out if you're looking for a good salon to call home in the Henderson area. Please make sure to call first. They are booked by appointments only. It's just the two of them.

Both Rose and her husband are very friendly, kind, and thorough. The shop is clean and welcoming. My husband surprised me as part of our anniversary celebration and got his first ever pedicure here. They took great care of us and the prices are very reasonable! Actually the best prices I’ve seen in years to be honest. If you are looking for a new nail salon in the Henderson area give them a try. But make sure you call first to make an appointment as they are booked by appointments ONLY! It’s just the two of them and they make an awesome team. And to ensure they are giving the best possible service to their clients they simply ask for you to make an appointment. ❤️ also I’m very picky when it comes to my acrylic nails. Rose exceeded my expectations and did an amazing job fulfilling my design requests. I can say I’ve definitely found my new go to nail salon.Services: Nail art

Took my daughter here for her first pedicure ever for her 5th birthday. She was treated like a true princess! It was her, myself and the two grandmas. Everyone took care of us so well. Prices were decent. I live in Henderson, but I’ll drive to this nail place to get my daughters nails done for special occasions every time. It was the perfect experience.Service: Pedicure

My wife has been going to Rose, who owns Princess Nails & Spa with her husband Tu, years before they opened their own salon. Both are excellent manicurists/pedicurists. There is always a fun and friendly atmosphere whenever we are there as both Tu and Rose interact with all their customers. My wife has her finger nails done twice a month and we both have pedicures once a month. I always look forward to having a pedicure at Princess Nails & Spa❣️

I'm still sitting in their salon but I love this place so much that I couldn't even wait to get home to write this review. They are both so sweet and make you feel like a friend! I have found my new place! They also have great prices and don't make me feel like it's all about the money. Make sure to make an appointment ahead of time because they are busy and have lots of clients that love them. I love my toes, they look fantastic! I’m a new customer and is impressed about this nail salon . I was greeted by Tu and his wife and the place is very clean and bright! The service is impeccable and customer service is great . I like the feeling that you are not rushed out and had that great vibe with the owner couple! Price wise is cheaper compared to others but quality of service is top notch ! I will be a returning very satisfied customer! Thank you both?
