“I'm writing this review because I made some Amazon returns and had no idea what I was doing. The clerk took the time to walk me thru everything and I had a few packages to return. She didn't get frustrated with me and actually taught me how to do it. Now I'm Amazon return literate!
I've been to other UPS stores and there are long wait times and the people aren't friendly. It's an uncomfortable feeling when there is a long line behind you and you're trying to figure things out.
They always have a notary available when the banks don't have one and the prices aren't bad either.”
“It was a last minute decision. The party was going to start at 6pm and I thought to myself: how nice it would be if the coach had a little gift from his soccer team. It was 2pm and I started looking for places that sold trophies and they all closed at 5pm and none of them could have me ready with a reminder with an engraved plaque on the same day until I found this place. I was very lucky. The lady assisted me very kindly and gave me ideas and finally told me before 5pm you have your badge. It was 4:50 pm and I was just able to leave the office so I had to call to have them wait for me until 5:17 pm. Thank God they waited for me and thanks to them we were able to give their gift to Coach Vance. I am very grateful and I highly recommend them.”

“After having a bas experience at another FedEx, i was on the brink of trying to figure out how to do it myself, the reality was, I honestly didn't have the time or patience. Being a regular for my business at FedEx locations in California, I was surprised when the other location couldn't help, so I landed at this one, not realizing there was a FedEx in this Walmart, I was thrilled! I walked in and told the rep (Rolando) what I had just experienced at the previous store, he apologized and offered to help me. I had to print on some fancy paper, which he was able to print from his computer. He then showed he how to use the computers to edit and save the file to use the self serve machine. He was patient and helpful, directing me through their system. Then he helped me print what I needed! No stress, easy to work with, caring about his clients and hard working. Disregard the few negatives and try them out. Let them know you read the review from Rachel, the Cancer Survivor and ask for Rolando! Thank you! Sorry I was slow in sharing my review, busy wrapping!”

“I'd like to commend Sam and Zack who had to work in 100+ degree store when their AC went out. They were courteous, prompt, and worked diligently in sweltering heat. In the hour I was there, they helped a dozen people who could barely stand walking into the store because it was so hot inside! Sam and Zack did everything they could to make sure I was pleased with my order and re-printed several options when my prints weren't coming out very clean.
In terms of print quality, their printer isn't the best. All my print outs had lines on them, but I may have caught it when it needed maintenance. For others who may need it, they are only a UPS affiliate store, so they cannot take QR codes for Amazon returns. It's not a service they provide since they're not an official UPS store, so I'm not certain why people are upset at that, but it's good information to know if you need it.
It's a small store with limited capacity, but if you need a quick booklet or project printed and spiral bound, it's a great option. The folks who work at the store are always friendly and doing their best within the printer's capabilities.”
“I had an Amazon return and this was the closest UPS to where I was. A very nice man in the casino walked me down to the Business Center where the UPS office is. I walked in and asked about Amazon returns and the very nice lady explained that they do charge $6 for each package and that even if your return states that you do not need a box, for this location you DO need a box. I almost left to find the next closest store but the lady was so nice and genuine that I decided that I would pay the $6. For me, quality customer service means a lot more than a service charge. I would have spent 20 minutes just going to another store, but I stayed and had a good experience. But you should know the terms before you go in so you are not surprised or put off.”
