I recently purchased 2 bottles of procaps from this company, and I have to say, it took awhile to get to my recipient as they live in Cut Bank, MT. It is the dead of winter and I ordered a bottle for Hair and nails, and one for energy. Getting the item there was quite the task, on the part of the shipping company, as it took 2 separate attempts to get it delivered. Both times, by two different shippers, and the product never made it to the correct address.
I worked with the company, in particular, Karissa B., and explained my dilemma each time, and the company was so kind to ship it not just twice, but 3 times to get my product to me.
After the shippers failed twice to deliver, I had the shipment sent to my residence in Oregon. They did arrive this time as Oregon is not snowed like Montana was at the time the shipments were wrongfully delivered by the shippers.
I kept in touch with the agent, Karissa B., they were so nice to work with, the shipments that were misdelivered had nothing to do with the Company, but rather, the shippers.
They not only attempted to replaced it 2 times, but did finally succeed in the end, in addition to, refunding the amount of my purchase. I could not believe some of the reviews I read on their website, as it was nothing like my experience with this company. They were understanding, polite, attentive, and fair in every way. I would definitely recommend them to anyone, and will most certainly be a repeat customer if I try and like their products, which I am currently trying as we speak.

I bought products for $75.66 on October 7th 2024 and they never got to my home never got the product never got a refund and still today I'm calling daily to find out why they won't refund me the product is sitting in the city where I live that's not my problem I did not receive it I want a refund on my Discover card this is a bad company the Better Business Bureau knows about them Yelp knows about them Facebook knows about them and YouTube knows about them I'm passing the word on because they refuse to refund my card when I spent a long-term client of theirs and spent hundreds of dollars and I really thought the product is good but I guess it's not that good when they don't care about you I don't recommend this place at all I will keep fighting for my money.

DON'T BUY ANYTHING HERE!! I dont know about the quality of the products, but costumer services IS HORRIBLE! I payed $130 for some vitamins and not only they didn´t arrived on time but I had no updates during the whole processing/shipping process. Stay away from these people!!

Any time a person tries to setup a return with procaps, it is a giant hassle. You will have to talk to customer service for ten minutes, answering questions that have nothing to do with returning an item, before they are willing to begin the process of setting up a return. If you ask to speak to a manager, you will on the phone for at least ten more minutes, on hold waiting for a manager to get on the call. Their entire returns process does not consider the customer's time, or what would be easiest for the customer. It is a long, clunky, and painful process that nobody should have to endure.

Truly horrible customer service, would give negative rating if i could. Refused to replace defective leaking Softgels. In addition, the Finished products are not independently tested/verified/certified by any 3rd party labs. So no way to know if you are getting what the label claim is if you purchase their products.

I was here to deliver a load. They received me on Monday at 6 am. At 7 they started the download. Friendly attention from the staff (they speak Spanish). There is no place to spend the night.

Andrew as a recent employee of your company you need to look into how you employees are treated yes you may care about what you make but your employees are over worked, understaffed, and underpaid you say how every one is treated fairly but your black employees are treated very poorly. And in the two years I have worked there, I have seen countless black employees attacked, verbally abused, skipped over for promotions, and pushed out of the door for any misconduct or mistakes made, your new managers are the best and try there hardest to change that just to be pushed out by the older ones, as a great owner you should really look at the turnover rate of your company.

I’ve been using vitamin supplements from Andrew Lessman’s ProCaps Laboratories for 10+ years. His products work! They are safe, natural, premium quality, easy to swallow digest and in your system fast. The “healthy hair skin and nails” works! My hairstylist saw new hair growth after several weeks. I also take the circulation supplement, vitamin D3, the multivitamin, fish oil … gosh, everything is excellent. I am 70 years old and do not have high blood pressure, no diabetes, no high cholesterol, or any other health problems. I have always strived to eat a good balanced diet, walk for exercise, and of course take my ProCaps supplements.

This company seems to be customer focused and cares about the quality of their product. Despite this, I try to avoid buying from companies that display unethical behavior with their employees. I noticed people seem to be “happy” employed there, but that does not mean there is no room for growth. Even if an employee is a challenge to them, does not fit their “culture”, or has health issues, it does not warrant them to treat that employee like the bottom of the barrel and verbally abuse them. I would not recommend this company to anyone, and I will continue to put out the word about my experience with this company through various outlets.

I have been learning from Andrew Lessman, and taking his supplements since October of 2005. I started with his "Women's Wellness". The amazing results started me on my journey with him. No binders, no fillers, no artificial colors, non gmo, non synthetic. And results. He also offers special pricing every month of the year. I could go on and on, but he is worth every penny for what he does in teaching us as well as the safety and quality of his products. I am 64 and not on a single drug. I attribute this fact, in large measure, to Procaps labs. Thank you, Andrew!
