Came in yesterday to check in for my unit.
Marie was very helpful, kind and professional.
The unit was clean and had information packet and lock (I did return the lock as I already had one).
I feel confident in that I chose the correct mini storage for my belongings.

Mark called me to let me know that I left my garage door unlocked. I came, and sure enough, it was unlocked with my locks closed. I forgot to give him a review, so Marie told me his name is Mark. I TRULY APPRECIATE IT, because I had itms that are priceless to me in my family in there.

One of the smoothest business transactions I've ever had.
Reserved a storage unit online in just a few minutes.
Customer service when I arrived was outstanding.
Marie was absolutely wonderful. Professional, friendly, extremely helpful, above and beyond customer service. She's a gem.
Unit was clean and ready for me to move my stuff right in.
Only negative is that there is no light in my unit so it's very hard to see.

Marie the manager at the Sunset Rd location is a very nice person. I've ran into a few Public Storage managers at other locations that weren't.
