I came in fairly last minute for a smog check and Thomas at the front was great! Super friendly and fun to talk to. The rest of the team (sorry I didn’t get their names!) was accommodating, reliable and honest. Thank you!

Went for a smog. In and out less than 15 mins. Not bad for only $9.99 compared to other shops they charge up to $30. Brandy was great and super friendly. Highly recommend this place.

This is the worst shop I've dealt with in awhile. The GM Victor is a complete scam artist. He claimed to be giving me the deal of a lifetime for my transmission replacement... but this has been a complete nightmare AND MY CAR DOESN'T EVEN DRIVE STILL. I paid this man $4368 to replace my transmission and the car is not fixed. First he ordered the WRONG type of transmission (1.6L instead of the 1.8L) and tried to tell me it was my fault and attempted to charge me $800 b/c the 1.8L is more expensive.... THEN they never did a diagnostic on my car prior to installing or even ordering the transmission... so now they claim something else is wrong with my car.... however I had a diagnostic done previously and can verify the codes that were throwing prior to Victor dealing with my car. Victor also noted on the printed invoice that the check engine light was on on my car and they listed diagnostic service as a charge included in the itemized invoice for the $4368.... however did not actually perform a diagnostic.... I have since taken my car to a different shop and had mechanical and electrical diagnostics done on my car.... the transmission is STILL the issue even though I paid Victor $4368 to replace my transmission.... if they replaced it then the one they put in my car is ALSO faulty..... I am taking them to small claims court. I am a single mother and a teacher. I also have Lupus and have been in danger of strokes due to this very unnerving situation. I have reached out to corporate 5 times with no response.

Got an ad in the mail for a $9.99 oil change. 10 minutes after dropping my car off they call me saying all these other things needed to be done totaling almost $900 including my brakes which I just had done a month and a half ago. Because I declined all their other expensive services they were trying to add on, they gave me back my car in 10 minutes without my tires rotated (which they offered and added on for free to begin with). Not even sure they changed my oil. Terrible service. Going to get my oil checked and make sure it doesn’t still need to be changed. Do not recommend.

SCAMS and THREATS! STAY AWAY!
Stay away from this business. They recommended to change all fluids for $189.99 but when I sent my friend to get it changed. They charged $389.99.

They try to scam nice people. When they realized that my friend is a nice woman who might not notice the price change, they increased the price from $189.99 to $389.99 and removed 1.27 hrs because they could not justify number for hours and when we went back to ask for a valid reason - Manager threatened to call cops on us.
Every time, we went for an oil change. Manager tried to scam us by giving false recommendations. He lied about my radiator being leaking too and asked for $1039.13 to fix it.
When I took it to my other mechanic, they checked it and it was perfectly fine.

0 stars i don’t know about these “certified mechanics “ or if it’s their cheap parts or what it is my motor is seized due to them they don’t want to make it right On 04/27/2024 invoice #-307 I took my personal truck 2006 Silverado 1500 4.8 v8 4x4 into the shop for a oil change truck was running fine under a week or about a week the oil filter was leaking I seen small drops/puddles on the floor as I would approach my truck next day right away I went to the shop and complained and ask what is going on if they could see what happened or why is it leaking on 05/06/2024 Monday invoice #-110 after work I stopped by and the guy in the shop in charged said the oil filter “seal” was defective he replaced it or not sure who exactly in the shop did then at this point I already lost trust in the shop so when I got home right away I checked and even checked later at night/evening and no oil drips or anything checked it Tuesday 05/07/2024 no drips before work or after worked I checked every time I started or turned off the truck day and a half later May 8th 2024 Wednesday morning 5-6 am I look under again with my phone flashlight to see if any leaks around or under the oil filter mind you my truck is 6 inches taller then normal height so very easy to check then on my way to work around Charleston and lamb truck makes odd/wierd clunking noises as I’m driving it and it turned off on the middle of the road homeless guy / and some other guy in a car got off and helped me push the truck to safety in neutral into a shopping center set it on park checked inside engine bay wouldn’t start anymore and undercarriage was bathed in oil all the way to the back bumper scattered everywhere oil filter was missing completely had to miss 3 hours of work while I got a tow truck to take it to the nearest safe spot I could so it doesn’t stay there over night . They didn’t want to take responsibility I had to work the rest of Wednesday and figure a way to get home couldn’t make it to the shop on time to go tell them. I have a new born on the way and that was my most reliable transportation no check engine lights or leaks were visible in that truck when I took it in great condition and now I’m carless . I just want for them to take responsibility and fix it make it right they think someone unscrewed it when is not possible why would someone go directly on to my oil filter I am very upset and as frustrated as I can be

BE AWARE, THIS PLACE IS A SCAM! They overcharged me, but didn’t do their job, instead of fixing my car, they created more damages to my car! The store manager is very very RUDE!

strongly thers always 3 sides to every coin..all may be correct HWEVR as fare & as far as repairs shops come & go like midias. & others managed dis managed my reviewed reviews are 110% fair & actually accurately Honest..ALWAYS.. 1st im knot a investor or investigation per say individual i don't take or ask for ah peace of gum..or am I offered freebies...over 52.million views on my photos & 300k..reviewed monthly thus MY REVIEW of this hole in the wall garage 6 bays top o the line waiting area AC controls temp. To accommodate waiting area.. candy machine & short walk to ah few more optional lunch options & convenient stores all in ah one block area...further response on unhappy clients were answered directly somthing I rarely see or read in today's responsible bissness practices so I hold it in very high esteem..in combinations of communication. Again 8m giving 5 stars ?.. to this establishment as ah whole team of personal who make this team's positive impact on most customers. ...MRMMSR
