A heavy set woman with long brown hair and glasses did my bloodwork well but was extremely rude/sarcastic when questioned about the process, as well as asking way too many unprofessional personal questions. Yall need to get rid of her asap 👎🏼

I was not expecting a male technician but grateful to him and how professional he was. He made a point of asking how/where prior blood draws were most successful on my right or left arm. That opened the door to say blood is always best drawn with a butterfly needle somewhere on my right hand. He didn't even take time to look elsewhere but rather went directly to the right hand and had a number of vials drawn quickly then I was on my way! VERY IMPRESSIVE !!

I use this location often because it’s very close to my home and all of the phlebotomists are wonderful. My most recent visit was exceptional. Christy did my labs and she was AMAZING! She was very skilled, kind, pleasant and knowledgeable. I had a large number of tests and she warned me that a lot of tubes would need taken. She kindly got the recliner chair for me so I wouldn’t become nauseous or dizzy. I tend to get a little squeamish with blood draws but Christy chatted with me throughout my appointment and put me at ease. I felt great, even after having 17 tubes drawn.

Making an appointment online could not have been easier. Everything about my visit was done professionally. Based on my recent contact with Quest (ease of scheduling + actual visit), I have ALREADY recommended Quest Diagnostics to a friend.

The facility seemed dirty and unkempt. The walls needed to be washed, the paint needed to be touched up. The tech was nice enough but gave no warning before sticking me and it was extremely painful. She wasn't able to get both vials filled in one shot and had to stick me in the other arm to finish the order.

I liked this place. I made an appointment for 9 am and then they sent a confirmation text. The morning of they sent a link to use to check in, I was not able to get the page to work on my phone, but my phone is very old and worn down so that might have just been my phones issue. But I checked in thru the kiosk thing without problems. I was called back on time if not a little early, cuz I was done and back in my car at 9:09 am. I liked this location is was very clean and I also liked that you could choose to wait outside and they would text you when they were ready for you. I did not choose that option cuz my phone is so inconsistent but if my phone worked I would have. The 1 staff member I encountered took my blood and she was friendly and efficient. I can’t remember her name but I do remember noticing that she was wearing a name tag. I wanna say Brianna or Bianca but idk

They walk around doing nothing so they don't have to take walk ins. They where seriously rude to a little old lady and are rude to other guests trying to check in. Don't go here. Trust me.
