I highly recommend obtaining an appointment to go to any Quest Diagnostics. Myself, I like to try for an early appointment. I went right in, checked-in via my cell phone and I barely sat in their waiting room when I was called in. The technician was friendly and I barely felt the needle go in.

The gentlemen was kind and gentle when taking my blood. I did not feel much pain and he had to draw about 12 tubes.

We brought our daughter there for labs. The experience was pleasant. The tech used a warmer on her arm, before administering the shot. He was so nice and our baby felt comfortable around him. I wish other labs would learn from you all.

Entry into parking lot and parking was very easy. Check in was even easier. They sent me a check in link to click when I arrived to the facility. Wait time was short and both employees were welcoming and gentle when drawing my blood.

Check in was fast. I was called immediately. Facility is clean. I didn't even feel anything. Awesome job 👏💯😎

I had an appointment in the morning, and I told the attendant I needed butterfly needle because my veins sink because I am a cancer survivor. The nurse ignored this, and used a normal needle, and like I told her, she didn’t make it and blamed me for not drinking enough water. And I told her, I did drink water and warned her I needed butterfly, because I have experience from constant blood draws. She asked me to wait outside, and I refused. I wanted to talk to a manager and she said there was none on the office. Then another nurse pass by, and this nurse came in and changed my other arm, using butterfly needle, and it worked. The first nurse had red hair, she is a LIAR. Told me there were no butterfly needle, then suddenly, there was after she failed and a different nurse came. Red hair nurse told me no manager, and she was senior nurse. Red hair’s technique is bad, and she blamed me. Later on, I found out the red hair nurse’s name is Courtni James. Courtni is a horrible nurse.

Fantastic staff. Fast service. However I have one major complaint…there’s no handicap push button to get in and out of the front doors. Being in a wheelchair or using a walker it’s very very difficult to get in and out of the door. Getting bloodwork at quest being disabled makes it difficult . Please put in handicap door openers in your locations.
