Joshua T is a class act. He was quick and painless with the needle and kept the conversation going. Joshua explained everything he was doing and even though my veins were being difficult, he handled the whole thing with grace and kindness. I was at my doctors when they mentioned they wanted labs, so I was able to make an appointment here before I checked out at my doctors. Can you say convenient!? The care at this location is unmatched compared to locations closer to where I live and work. I will drive across town to come here again and hang out with Joshua T. Overall an excellent care experience! Bonus, I treated myself to some Ethel M's afterwards:)

Very bad experience with Courney. After waiting more than 30 minutes for my appointment, the lady got upset because I asked her about the appointment and she says that I gave her a bad attitude because I told her that my son had to do his lab asap because he has to take epilepsy medicine and besides she says that she did not feel comfortable taking the exams. very unprofessional and discriminatory apart witth kids that have autism I'm waiting to talk to manager Sam. And no only that my son can’t do the test because they was running late and take forever until i see morgan. Now i have to come back next day at 8 am .

We arrived at this quest with no appointment after missing a morning appointment at the burnham location. After being told to try to book online, I found an appointment almost immediately-- but the QR code for checkin wouldn't scan. We asked for help and after two people tried to scan it for us, someone came out and took him back for his tests. Awesome service! This is the best quest I've ever experienced for a different reason however. There is a special checkin protocol for blind/visually impaired-- just swipe three fingers in any direction across the checkin screen and it kicks in. That swipe also notifies the staff that a blind/visually impaired person has checked in. I do have to say that the place feels a little Hollywood dystopian... in a good way? Yeah. The pleasant voice repeats a reassuring message that creates an illusion of an attended lobby. In reality, the lobby is sterile and more like an ATM crossed with and old school 1-900 party line. 10/10

I had a good experience with them my appointment was at 7:10 and I was out by 7:20 to get my blood drawn. I couldn't ask for anything more

Made an appointment online and was able to check in through my phone. Spent no more than 20 minutes from waiting to be called up to doing the drug test. Staff was nice and friendly.

Place doesn’t have anyone when you check in and doesn’t know how to keep to there own schedule. Why does all healthcare get away with treating our time as it doesn’t matter while we all pay out massive amounts of money to get nothing.

Margo is the lady who drew my blood and I must say that she exceeded my expectations from the moment we greeted one another until the moment I left. Past experiences have not gone well with me. Most times the workers were unable to hit a vein so I was forced to go to the hospital. Margo was extremely patient and pleasant. What a valued employee

I was disappointed to this lab. We waited for 2 hrs and yes we did a walk-in in and they only tell us that they delete the name of my kids for the waiting list because we went out. Yes, we went out because my daughter wanted. to use the rest room and we went out again because my kids ate their lunch but my husband was inside the lab to wait.

0 stars. Terrible customer experience when it comes to scheduling, prioritizing patients, drop-offs, and communication.

I got orders for AM cortisol labs, because I have a brain tumor. Doctor said that had to be done within a week. There was no appointments available before 8, so I came in right when they opened because I was told I could be seen that way. The rude lady came out after snickering in the back saying she couldn't help me before 9 and asked her what I should do then and she couldn't answer me, when I'm reality should could've called me back and got it done the time she wanted to spend saying she didn't want to. Upon reading other reviews it seems like this isn't the first time she's been rude. Labcorp was able to help me no issues.

Been waiting for like almost 2 or 3 months now, I had my general checkup December 9 2022 and today is Feb.12,2023, and no results yet. Better go to other location than to this location.

Long wait time for walk in. Been waiting over hour just for a blood test. Had to eventually schedule an appointment and for same day and still waiting. Staff seems friendly and professional. But schedule before you just walk in SMH.

I scheduled an appointment for 10:10am but decided to arrive early 8:10am to see if I could walk in since I had to be fasting. I experienced a glitch while checking into the kiosk it kept timing out. There is no one in the lobby to help. I waited for a phlebotomist to come out and the young man advised me to bypass my insurance as they were having “technical issues” I did and it checked me in. I went into quest.con and cancelled my 10:10 appt believing I was checked in. I waited for about 15-20 min and noticed that my name wasn’t showing up on the board so when he came out again I let him know. He took my name and said he would check on it. About 5 min later a young female phlebotomist came out and said “did someone get assigned 102 for check in” I explained it could have been me and that I did their workaround. She was very rude and told me to check in again so I did but this time it gave me a time of 11am that they could see me. Right now it’s 0840 so I explain that the first time I checked in it did not give me that time because several people had came in after me and that I had cancelled an appt. She said “ you can either wait or make a new appointment but I have people ahead of you now”. This young lady was so rude and unprofessional! She did not acknowledge they had a glitch in their system, did not acknowledge that I was likely patient “102” since no one else claimed it, and did not acknowledge the appointment I gave up due to the glitch in their system that erroneously checked me in! This location is always a mess but now they have kiosks instead of people. Now I cannot book another appointment for the morning (fasting) until next week.

My appointment was scheduled for 8:10 am. One day prior to your appointment, you will get a text message with a link to check in. With the link, you can only check in 10 minutes prior to your appointment. I arrived about 30 minutes early, so I decided to go inside and check in. This is a smaller location, but it was close to my work,so it worked for me. When you arrive there are only 2 kiosks that you use to manually check in. Check in was quick, just make sure you have your ID and insurance card. Waited for about 5 minutes and then I was called back. Josh was my phlebotomist. He has very friendly, had me verify my information, and then did his thing. Bloodwork completed, in and out in about 15 minutes, tops. Is this my favorite place to go? Umm, probably not on my top 10, but if your doctor needs your bloodwork and you want a place quick and fast ... for sure, this is the place to be!
