"One of the worst possible locations. They don't have any staff at the front desk; I waited 30 minutes to show one of the inept people working there that I had an appointment, only for them to not take a minute to check and just say, 'You must have made the appointment wrong.'
I find it hard to believe that these people studied to work in the healthcare field. I think I would have received more humane and decent treatment at a veterinarian."

I set an appointment, which I heard from reviews that it was very important. There was a walk-in that happened to be in front of me. However, that did not push back my appointment time, which I was pleasantly surprised. The technician that was helping me was very friendly and professional. The overall time, including wait time, to finish was under 15 mins

I didn't catch the name of the girl I saw, but she was amazing. So very friendly and nice. It was actually the best procedure I have had done with no bruising at all at the site.
