I would recommend making an appointment because Quest is very busy but I was seen at my designated time, and the phlebotomist was excellent.

Question has always been my choice on doing my lab work, more recent, I had a wonderful chance of having a deaf youngman to take my vitals; I completely understood him and likewise, he could read lips😉 it was very pleasing to see him so much x cited in doing his job! Thank you for having him there❤️

The staff that they have here are very friendly and very helpful the person i had went out of the there way to help me complete my appointment and i love the text check-in no more fumbling for documents at kiosk for check-in

making an appointment is of no value when at 8:30 you are already behind. I had an 8:40 appt and was there at 8:30 to check in. When I arrived people with 8:20 appointments were waiting. I waited 35 minutes past my appointment time. So at 9:00 you are already 30 minutes behind. It appeared there was only 2 techs there taking patients for the first 20 minutes I was waiting. No complaint about the tech, but the service is not acceptable.

In my 81 years, my veins have been loath to give up anything. Some phlebotomists are really uncaring and bad at what they do. Quest, however, has Tammy....and she is absolutely phenomenal!

I have a medical condition called Lyme disease that I am not suffering from at the moment. Hopefully I finally beat it. But at times I have to get my blood drawn quite a bit. And there is a phlebotomist there that is the best I have ever had. I do not know his name. He’s a deaf gentleman. And he is so good. He is my favorite. There’s also a non-binary person that is very kind. This is my favorite location to go to. It’s a little farther than the one closest to my home. About five minutes more. But it’s worth the drive.

I visited the Anthem Village location in Henderson, Nevada on 8/8/2024. Their premises are always clean and tidy, including the bathroom (which is so important to me). The waiting area was full but people were called in fast. I wish I could remember the lab technician’s name; she was very personable, super nice, and made me feel appreciated by actually listening to me and engaging in the conversation, and her nice attitude seemed sincere. She did her job very professionally and quick, the whole experience was excellent!

The facility was clean and at a pleasant temperature. Signing in was simple and fast. The specialist was friendly and the needle was painless. Great experience!

This is the first time visit to this Quest location. It is in the Anthem Area of Las Vegas Valley. The facility is clean and bright. It is a medium-sized operation. There were 3 technicians serving while we were there. It was crowded, but the regulars reported that it was unusual busy.
