My roomate has purchased twocars here. Staff have always treated him well even though he's a pain in the butt! I do plan to get a car here very soon knowing how well staff have treated him. And Mr. Findlay is a very cool guy. Total professional staff, clean faculty, and not to mention the little goodies I pocket when I visit, hehe.

Brought my car in cause it's having engine issues. Thankfully it was under warranty. I just wanna give a shout-out to Keith. He had great customer service and kept me in the loop with what was going on with my vehicle and how long the repairs would take.

I have never in my life experienced such disrespect from a company. We had purchased a car back in June. We have only been able to use this 2019 Navigator for 2 weeks, it's now almost September. They have made excuse after excuse regarding this. This vehicle has almost caused 2 of our family members to crash, do to the electrical system malfunctioning, and transmission failure. They will deceive you and speak to you like garbage, and send you a crappy rental in the mean time. NEVER NEVER NEVER BUY FROM HERE.

I Purchased, my Lincoln MKX here and since then it was in an accident, and repaired partially the repair on the headlight and the interactive system, for the headlight had to be moved to Findley Lincoln because of how technical it is my main issue with the service department is Wyatt the writer and his manager John never answer their phones they never respond to voicemails they never respond to emails and on top of that there is no customer service representative I've taken this issue all the way up to the service manager repeatedly and had the same issues

Bought my 3rd car from Findlay Lincoln. I bought one for myself, my oldest daughter and now it was time to buy one for my youngest. We met with Silas and he helped us through the entire process. It was nice because while we were doing the paperwork for the new car, I asked them to look at mine and as always got a complimentary car wash. Truly excellent customer service. Every time I made eye contact with someone at the store, their first response was to make sure I was being helped. I'm sure we'll be back when my husband decides to get another car.

On my way back in town from California, I got an alert on my dash that my car was about to overheat. I pulled over, let it cool off, no coolant was needed, so I was able to drive home safely. As suggested by the manual, I took my car to Findlay to be checked to see if there were any additional issues. I dropped it off on Wednesday 7/5/23 at 12:30 pm and met with Wyatt. I knew it was kind of late in the day and there were other ars ahead of me so I decided to wait until Thursday 7/6/23 to call to follow up. I called between 3 and 4 pm on that day, since the app showed no progress and I hadn't received an update. Wyatt answered and told me my car had just been assigned to a tech and he would have a response for me by 11 am on Friday 7/7/23. I waited for a response, assuming they may have been busy, I called at 12:42 pm, 3:54 pm, 5:36 pm and 6:12 pm. Left 2 voicemail, last one at 6:12 pm for the next work day to return my call about the status of my vehicle. I didn't receive a call on Saturday 7/8/23, wasn't sure if he worked or not. Today is Monday, 7/10/23, I called at 11:26 am leaving a voicemail, no response. I called again at 4:10 pm, asked to speak with someone else in service since I haven't received a call back. I was transferred to someone else, left a message with my name, number, that I was trying to get an update on my car and haven't received an update since Wednesday and left my vehicle description and color. I still have yet to receive a return call as of the time of this post. If I had a loaner vehicle I wouldn't have much of an issue. But, I've been without my car for almost a week and still awaiting an update. If someone can at least give me a call to let me know what's going on so I won't remain in the dark about my vehicle, I'd appreciate it. I would like to have an idea how much longer I will be without transportation. I'm posting a screenshot of my call history to the dealership.

Finance is non responsive, the person we had did not assist in anything he had to ask his superiors for everything like he was not trained well and in order for us to get a response we had to call them because the were not making a deal with us they didn't call us! I honestly feel like I can take my business somewhere else and what they offered me for my used vehicle was lower then any other dealer we were shopping at! I called a few days ago to schedule service for my Lincoln Continental. There was a recall on my car. They upsold me on an oil change as well. After driving 75 miles one way to get this service done, I arrive only to be told they don't have parts for the recall. To say I'm upset is an understatement. This should have been known when I made the appointment. This is very typical of this dealership, as I have had issues with the sales side in the past. We are looking into our next vehicle, but I can guarantee it won't be here. We have owned 4 Lincoln's and there won't be a 5th.

We are long-term customers of Findley Lincoln. Recently, they serviced my two Lincoln Continentals. My Service Consultant was Keith Platt. As always, we are very happy with their service. They performed only the appropriate service, they are efficient, knowledgeable, and timely.

I purchased a 2018 Ford Expedition from them, and their $3800 warranty and completed all service with them. At first sign of issue and needing my car for over a week, they refuse to give me loaner or rental as per my warranty agreement and tell me it's because I did not buy a Lincoln. DO NOT BUY USED!!!! You will be treated like a second class citizen. They won't even call you back to explain, I literally had to drive there just to get in contact with someone. Horrible! Man did they treat me great when I bought this damn thing!

My wife and I were new to town... looking for an SUV. We had never owned a Lincoln. but we thought we would go to the Lincoln dealership to take a look at some SUVs. We called ahead and Alan answered the phone and told us he would have some vehicles ready for us to look at when we got there. When we arrived his coworker, Austin, was there to show us 2 vehicles. The whole experience was fantastic as we saw the size of SUV's we were considering. In the end we ended up buying a vehicle from Findlay Lincoln... however we could not take delivery until the following week. Alan and Austin delivered the MKC to us at our hotel... and we took a lot of photos with the Las Vegas strip in the background. Jeff was excellent to work with as well. Thanks to everyone at Findlay Lincoln for making our first Lincoln purchase a fantastic experience!!

Buyer beware! These people offered my elderly mother around $12k UNDER trade in value for her car. We never even got to the pricing on the new car. What a terrible way to treat potential customers. Carmax here we come.

I am overwhelmingly pleased with my 2022 Lincoln Corsair Reserve purchase. Jeff Lamper was my sales associate and he did a phenomenal job. I first went to the dealership a year and a half ago. I actually met Jeff then, his warm friendliness and professional courtesy was appreciated. I test drove foreign cars and other American cars over the past year and a half but I ended up back with Finley Lincoln. The was very first car that I did a test drive on and the Corsair was the car that I purchased. The superior technology stands out and places this vehicle in a class of its own. The luxury design and leather seating makes you feel that you are in First Class every time you drive this vehicle. The sound system is absolutely incredible. I feel like I am in a movie theater every time I listen to my favorite song playing in the vehicle. The Revel sound system is superior to Harman Kardon. The 360 camera view, I have never experienced. As an experienced driver of over 35 years, this feature alone is well worth having. The panoramic sunroof is absolutely phenomenal. When I walked up to my vehicle for the first time at night, the doorhandles lit up, the ground was lit up with the Lincoln emblem upon my arrival and walking toward the vehicle. The back part of the vehicle was lit up in a beautiful red ambient light reflective of the red carpet metallic exterior color of the vehicle. When I walked up to my car for the first time at night the other day, I literally felt like it was saying come on in darling the queen has arrived. I had such a smile on my face. I have driven and owned foreign vehicles but none of them can compare to my Lincoln Corsair 2022 Reserve model. Truly the best was saved for me and I feel like absolute royalty every time I drive it. I am so thankful for my sales persons patience and for checking in on me periodically to see if I was still interested in purchasing a vehicle. Jeff's wonderful professionalism.and gentle consistency sold the vehicle. His knowledge and expertise concerning the technology the vehicle truly made this a desired purchase.
