Rent-A-Center, a business with a location in Henderson, has consistently provided positive experiences for its customers. The store manager, Ken, is described as wonderful, professional, knowledgeable, and always helpful in informing customers about new deals and specials. Customers appreciate Ken's patience, understanding, and commitment to customer satisfaction. While the overall service is good, there have been occasional issues with the manager forgetting to return calls, which has led to lost sales.
Need to fix the payment portal online. Other than that the staff RAC on Nellis have been extremely helping and welcoming as this is my first time using their services. Great communication. Great team. A+++

Your forced to review in order to finish your account sign up it was cool the item is wanted wasn't available cause it was destroyed even though the site said it was in great condition so I had to settle for something different
