We are from MT and while traveling to AZ my mini cooper broke down and we were hesitant to trust any shops in the Vegas area. Read the reviews and decided to have our vehicle towed to RG. They had it for about a week and when it was picked up it had the same issue, so it was taken back, and they discovered another issue and because of the integrity of this shop they completed the repair and did not charge us anything additional. I would highly recommend RG Motorworks for any vehicle repairs. They were very informative during the process as well.

I’ve got nothing but good things to say about this shop. I bought my son his first truck which needed some work. Ryan has been a rockstar!! All the work has been done in a timely manner and the quality of work has been nothing short of professional.

Incredible engineer owned car aficionado repair shop. Significant expertise in German imports. Specifically had them working on some general maintenance and some repairs for my 2019 Mercedes sprinter. I will not be going back to a dealership. Super reasonable and accurate quotes and prices. Knowing that you get to talk and work directly with the owners that are directly involved in each Hands-On repair knowing that everything is done to exacting standards. Thank you!

They don’t deserve this one star. I called them to check if they can change the rotor and the brake pads, and they told me yes, but they charge 450. With knowing that I have all the parts. And the worker who I talked to was really rude.

These guys are great! Price was below other places they work on European vehicles specifically brought in 2009 bmw 128i to replace front crank seal and oil pan gasket. The belt broke and pushed in the seal and asked them to take a picture of the material in the belt they did one better put the belt material found inside the engine inside a bag and allowed me to see whay came out of engine. I am sure glad I went with RG MOTORWORKS. I also asked if they could put a seal cover on that I got from the internet that prevents the seal from getting pushed in if the belt ever breaks again they installed at no extra cost. The work is warranted for 1 year. I am one that doesn't trust people to work on my vehicles I prefer to do things myself, but I felt assured with not only the quality and knowledge of the mechanic but the customer service here is excellent.
