They seemed to have issues between the front and back parts of the kitchen. I can give people slack on that but the food was bad. For 2 people it was over $50. The chili rellenos were small and so much sauce. The taste was just yuck from whatever they did to the sauce. The cheese enchilada...I haven't even eaten it yet because it was so cold the cheese is still in grated form. This is not my normal Roberto's and I will not eat here ever again.

Hit and miss. Last night the person taking my order was high. I asked for nachos and she thought I said tacos. She did eventually get my order right but gave me the cold shoulder for repeating the word nachos to her. And the chips were stale.

Worst carne asada I’ve ever tasted. The carne asada was cut up into a million tiny pieces and had no flavor. The guacamole on top of the pico was brown. Not a good experience. For $48. The young lady at the register was very polite and friendly though.

I called multiple times and never got an answer until 11:30pm then when they answered and I wanted to put in an order they said they don’t except orders after 11:30pm.. this was the bicentennial Roberto’s 12-27-2023.. I understand you wanna go home but I called 35 min before closing. Is that bad? I spend atleast $100 a week here. I noticed the quality of food and service has been going down. But the prices are going up. I never write bad reviews but I just got into town had no food at home and everything else was closed so was Hangry.??♂️

Unfortunately, it doesn't have a drive-through. That's fine. We tried it for dinner one night and it's not the best Mexican place we've tried here yet. Beans seemed like canned. Cheese on the nacho's weren't melted, at all. Overall taste was just ok. I did like the fact you could have all the sauces you wanted at the self-serve salsa bar. We've heard they have a good breakfast burrito and again, being this review is only based on one trip there, we'll give it another shot.

I moved her from out of state looking for a local Mexican restaurant. I ordered the Cheese enchilada and the California burrito. I cut into my enchilada and had nothing but cold non-melted grated cheese exposed. I thought maybe just the tip wasn't melted. I cut the entire thing open and COLD cheese. The carne Asada and shrimp had no seasoning for my burrito. The wait was 20 minutes. Never coming here again. This place needs to shut down.

This is place is out of line! They literally served me OLD rice like when u leave it in a closed container and it get that spoiled smell and slimy texture…. Like I’m surprised they are still open I kept trying to give them chances but that spoiled rice was the last

I don’t usually write reviews but I felt I needed to. Roberto’s is usually good for making a decent Asada taco. I went to there the other night ordering 4 tacos with rice and beans. Sat in the lobby waited over 10 minutes grab my to-go order went home..opened it up and the meat was ice cold the taco toppings were sloppy, and the tortillas were stale and hard as a rock. I ended up throwing everything away. I just made myself dinner at home. Very disappointed. Bad experience. Do not think I will return to Roberto’s for sometime especially this location. Not to mention I wasted pretty much $30 bucks on something I threw in the trash.

We placed an order and it was completely wrong. I asked to speak with the manager, but "he was busy doing paperwork". The employee wanted off the phone because there were "so many customers"... (3-4) she said. According to her it was the Uber driver's fault. Why is your store manager doing paperwork if you're that busy? And why are you not doing your job as a manager and handling your business? Accept responsibility and fix it.

Came here Sunday afternoon, I should have known better. Ordered a bean and cheese burrito and a bean tostada to try. Disappointed to say the least. If you're craving this type of Mexican food do yourself a favor and go to Faustos or Albetos.
