I really like this store but returning clothes is a total scam!! They got rid of their dressing rooms, but you can return clothing and shoes with the tags within 2 weeks. The scam is that you HAVE TO spend more than your original purchase to return the clothes. You can't get close to the amount and be under by 20 cents. They make you go buy something else. You can not complete your exchange without spending more money than the receipt!! If you buy 2 shirts for $10 and you bring back 2 shirts that total $9.99, you HAVE TO buy something, like a bag or a pair of sunglasses. You can't just donate the penny to them and leave with your exchange. They're probably gonna end up in a class action lawsuit over that.Another thing I don't like is that all sales are final on things other than clothes and shoes, so if you buy a computer and it doesn't work, you're just out of that money. I buy a lot of stuff at Savers, and electronics have disappointed me about half the time.The employees are pretty nice!

Excellent thrift shop. Very well organized and sectioned . Prices are-very reasonable. Great parking lot. Self checkout makes it very easy and convenient. Staffs are well trained.

This store is absurd, utterly ridiculous. All the workers, are rude and unhelpful, all they are concerned about is trying to catch you shoplifting. For whatever reason they had singled me out, and clearly suspected me of shoplifting. For the record I was not shoplifting, they were following me around store which was very annoying and comical. It was comical because I watched as they were so busy following me several real shopifters were literally shoving items into there bags quite brazenly. Then after I paid for 2 shirts, they stopped me as I was leaving asking to see into my bag. So these clerks who work for minimum wage, approach a suspected criminal, thus putting themselves and every customer inside the store, as well as every man, women, and child, in the parking lot at risk and in harm's way, over merchandise that was donated to the store?? That is absurd!! They do not have a dressing rooms, and you can not return clothing??

I went to an empty register and had my items layed on the counter, ready to scan when a worker brought another customer over and told me to go to a different register. So I picked my stuff up, moved to another open register and scanned my items. When I tried to scan a book I had pulled from a bin, the lady said I couldn't have it due to no price when my friend who was at the register next to me had his priced from the same bin. They stated the books hadn't been checked in yet. That may have been true but if that was so, why was my friend able to have his items priced but Iwas told I couldn't have it. Terrible customer service all around.

I was visiting Las Vegas for a friend's 21st birthday. He and I wanted to come here to browse. While we were looking around when we heard coworkers gossiping about what sounded like customers. This was extremely unprofessional and I hope to see change.

Savers used to be my fave place to shop for great used clothes & household goods. But now, they have become so pricey & they don’t have the volume of high quality products they used to. They let a lot more junky stuff in. Too bad they’ve let it go downhill. Plus NO DRESSING ROOMS is annoying. I don’t want to take a chance & have to return it only to get credit! Boo!

What a joke! Wanted to try a shirt on, was told they don't have dressing rooms, I said " they used to be right there", was told they took them out because of covid, well COVIDS OVER, guess they didn't get the memo. Decided to take a chance, cause No Refunds, Went to go pay and right off the bat was asked if I wanted to buy a bag. ??? I laughed, NO I'm not buying a bag for 1 shirt! Definitely not going back. Greedy and ZERO customer service!

Excellent place to buy used clothes. They have huge selections and good prices. There are several locations in the Las Vegas valley and depending on the area the clothing differs in quality from store to store. Today we're visiting the warm springs location to see about getting some men's cargo pants. Most of the locations need a bit of tidying up though. It gets a bit messy from store to store. Warm springs location is a 4 others range from 3-5.

Was having a decent experience until an older employee with short curly hair named “jennika” rudely scolded me for looking at a rack that apparently “wasn’t for sale”. I understand doing the job and enforcing rules but she was so aggressive about it, never have received bad service at this place until now. You would think it’s common sense not to be rude to customers. This lady shouldn’t be in customer service if she can’t use proper manners! Prices here have significantly gone up as well I’m not gonna put up with bad customer service for a $10 used top! I’ll go to the giving store Where they actually donate proceedings to charity, they always treat me excellent they’re way better prices too! Take your business there

Highly disappointed with this store as a whole, half the store is $10 or more. Chipped, dusty, crusty items are priced too high that can be found at the dollar store. Gray tag day and maybe 5 gray items in the store collectively. As a franchise, you should be ashamed with your greed
