I'm a new home owner in Lake Las Vegas. I would never shop at this store I rather drive a little further to a real grocery store for good service .

I hate to write this kind of review, but it needs to be said. The last few times I have been in this business, the employees have demonstrated poor attitudes. Judging by several earlier reviews, it seems my experiences are consistent with what has been said. In my most recent experience, an older white woman could not have demonstrated a more unwelcoming, uncaring attitude for no reason. In effect, I politely requested heavy cream for an espresso. When asked, she replied yes. Yet, she subsequently hands me a half and half carton. I then stated that this is not heavy cream and she launched into a condescending sermon about how half and half is basically heavy cream and how it comes straight from the cow, etc. Obviously she had no idea what she was talking about. When I corrected her about sugar content etc., she became even more unpleasant because she had no logical response, so she concluded by pointing to the back of the store for me to buy some. Well-done, lady! Way to take good care of a 20 year casino bartender, Lake Las Vegas resident who was fully prepared to offer a gratuity. Nice having a tip can out with that kind of attitude. No thank you, no expression of gratitude, no apology for the inconvenience, not even a smile. On top of that, she was struggling to ring in drinks correctly. Probably one of the most unpleasant store employees I have encountered in years. Considering their fairly aggressive price points and customer base, it’s very surprising and disappointing that Seasons would employ such an unremarkable employee. She clearly hates her job and has no business interacting with the public. Nothing worse than an incompetent, unpleasant employee. I advise the manager or owner to share this review with her in its entirety. That being said, I expressed my concerns to a manager on duty and it seemed to be well-received. Important to note, however, I have also directly witnessed employees treat certain groups of customers much differently than others: For example, there is a large number of construction workers who routinely come in and I have seen workers basically ignore them or barely greet them with any discernible measure of enthusiasm; yet, when older, well-dressed people of a certain background arrived, it’s was often much different. Let’s just say much more welcoming enthusiasm, eye-contact, and formal language. Put simply, it seemed more like hospitality as opposed to plain service. Comparatively speaking, these people were treated like first class citizens. Interestingly enough, I bet those construction workers consistently spend much more money in there than anyone else. And I say all of this as someone who is extremely pro-business!

Great place to enjoy a good freshly made sandwich sitting outside enjoying the scenery and bird watching. We shared a chicken sandwich and a reuben sandwich. They have a good selection of cold drinks like kombucha, flavored waters, etc. It's also a small grocery store that is surely handy if you live nearby. They are located on the shore of Lake Las Vegas which is a quaint shopping village. We were there to check out (and swoon over!) the houses built by Blue Heron!

It's not just a complete grocery store, you can also have breakfast options, great coffee, and fresh orange juice. If you prefer beers or wine you can find them here. Very reasonable prices. Large private terrace to use with views of the beautiful lake. There are bathrooms available for customers. Friendly and helpful staff. Recommended

The service is very slow. I dealt with two rude workers and one sweet one. The latte was good.

We are staying at Viera for over a week and seasons is right around the corner. Our first morning there, I walked down and bought numerous things and then went to the deli to pick up lunch meat and cheese. The deli person ignored my existence (not even a “I’ll be with you in a moment”) and then the cashier told me that I’m supposed to check out at the register. I’m well aware where I check out. It certainly wasn’t my first time in a grocery store. After I told him that I’d like to place a deli order. He advised me that it would be 40 minutes because they received a large sandwich order. Never apologized for the inconvenience. Never offered to put in an order and have it ready in 40 minutes for me to walk back down and pick it up (which I would have been happy to do). Just gave me the option of waiting at the deli counter for 40 minutes or coming back later.I even explained how it was just one pound of meat and one pound of cheese. Nothing crazy.First of all, if they accept large sandwich orders, they should have more than one person at the deli to assist shoppers. Two, at least apologize for the inconvenience and offer to put in an order. I did not return after 40 minutes because I have no idea if they would have another large sandwich order and turn me away again.Although the store is a 3 minute walk from my condo, I am driving to another grocery store for the duration of my visit and have no plans to return after that experience.I will be regularly vacationing in this area and will not return to Seasons ever again as they are wholly unreliable. It might be a convenient walk (literally 207 feet away), but I prefer to go a store where I know they will take my orders and not refuse service.

They have the perfect selection of every, and anything. May I suggest grabbing a bottle of the Uncle Nearest whiskey. He’s the guy that taught Jack Daniel!

Cute little grocery store at Lake Las Vegas. One would think everything here would be ridiculously expensive, yet surprisingly it was not. The mango smoothie I got was very tasty and refreshing, especially after kayaking. The Vegas Heat sandwich was tasty but not what I expected from the menu description. It said buffalo chicken but was deli meat chicken with a buffalo type sauce. Still good, but not what I was expecting. The employees here were also all very kind and would check in with us, even though it was just a deli inside a supermarket. It was a nice touch and felt very neighborly.

This market has been our gem in the desert. The long time manager Aaron has done an excellent job in keeping this store flourishing. The staff is extremely helpful and always welcoming. I love that we have a corner store to patronize instead of driving into town. If ever in the area stop in and get a fresh squeezed orange juice. You won’t find another hometown market quite like this in the valley.

Spectacular asset to the immediate area! Don't walk in expecting a full grocery store. This is more on the line of a convenience store with some grocery store amenities! Fresh produce, prepared salads, fruit, drinks galore, soft and alcohol along with juices, milk, snacks, you can find just about anything to fit your immediate needs! Quaint little store with little shops and restaurants all around! Impressive to say the least! Beats driving 15-20 minutes (or more) for a full sized grocery store! The employees are extremely helpful and friendly! Blessed ? to have this store in the community and serve so many of us! We'll see you on the next visit! ?

We go here often. We appreciate the convenience and assortment they provide. We just wonder why the red haired Karen that works there chose this profession. Her apathy and fake kindness is palpable. Young lady. You work in an environment of wealthy professionals. Many/most just tolerate your sh$t attitude, but many others in this close knit community have begun to take the extra 8 minute drive to Smiths. Kinda shame it's because of you?Aaron, I think you're the owner? We like our interactions with you. But red hair needs some training
