“Excellent facility! The Bluetooth digital entry really expedites your move-in. When I arrived, I wasn't sure if I needed to go through one of the gates or doors to access my unit. The gentleman at the desk not only walked me to the correct door to try out the door-open button on the app (Get the app!), but also walked me to my unit and waited until we got it locked up. He also pointed out where all the carts are, or should be, to help me move. Overall 10 out of 10. Excellent experience and the location is perfect for me. No highway drive needed. The units are clean, well lit, and the access to your unit is impeccable. This is a great place to store your items. Definitely recommend! The digital entry is top-tier! Great idea!”

“Where do I even start with this storage facility? Hands down the best storage facility I’ve ever done business with. Pam and Joy are absolute angels! The way they handled the renovations and all the chaos is so professional, and they both have amazing personalities. I do have one minor complaint: one of the front desk employees, unsure of her name. But she has been consistently rude and creates an unwelcoming environment. My mom and I have been using Morningstar for a few years now, and the difference in customer service compared to Pam and Joy is noticeable. Customer facing roles really require patience and kindness. Overall though, I love the units, love the prices, and truly appreciate the majority of the staff.”
