“I love this place because it’s so close to home. I originally stopped by just to pick up a mattress cover, but while I was there, I decided to ask about renting a new storage unit.
Owen took the time to explain all the available options and even showed me four different units with varying sizes and locations. He was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and provided outstanding customer service. On top of that, he had a great sense of humor, which made the whole experience enjoyable.
The last unit he showed me was exactly what I was looking for—I couldn’t pass it up! So, why wait? I signed up right then and there.

“Friendly knowledgeable staff did all they could to help. Craig gave me a ride in his cart to the unit and made sure I knew how the lock worked. The unit itself was very clean and the facility was well lit. The office provided free water and a place to cool off when we needed to rest from the move. The price was very affordable and Todd made the checkout process easy. I simply gave the unit a quick once-over with my broom and was on my way. Did not need to take advantage of the 3-day grace period they offered if I could not get all my stuff moved out by the deadline. Best storage facility in Las Vegas!”

“This is not the location I use, but David happened to fill in at my location one day. I had a problem with a payment I made and he took care of the problem for me. He told me he would keep me up to date through out the day and he kept his word. David has excellent customer service and very professional. He goes above and beyond to help you with anything.
