I found the Security better than most storage places and the unit was very clean. Some people may not like that everything is done through their APP (opening gates and unit) but I liked it.”

“I reserved my space online to get a particular promotion on the site. I showed up at the property so that I can look at the actual unit. The manager was away from the office at that time so I called the number and a male customer service rep answered and I described what items I needed to store which is quite a lot of large items and the agent assured me a 10x10 would be large enough for what I had. I went back to the property so I can start moving some things into the unit. The unit ended up being very small. So Chanti who worked in the office assisted me in transferring me to another unit that would fit my needs better and was able to get me the rate that I had originally paid. I am very grateful for Chanti she really went above and beyond for me.”
