“This was the 3rd or 4th storage unit company I've bought an auctioned unit from and it was by far the best all around. Extremely clean, the woman that helped me was fantastic, everything was more than timely from the paperwork in the office to being let in and out of their gate. It's easy to find and get to also which was a huge plus.There are probably closer facilities to my house but I would come here if I needed to rent a unit myself if it was even remotely possible. A little bit of extra driving is well worth the piece of mind that comes with a place like this.”

“So this shout-out is way way overdue. I give this place a 100/10 NO LIE. Rick is an amazing stand up understanding Soul ?? I have been with this place for almost 12 years it has gone through name changes and had a make over after make over but I must say i believe the last 6 to 8 years I believe that he has been there have been nothing but comforting. I love to hear his voice on the other end of my call knowing I'll get a friendly demenor and possible giggles as he jokes with me about giving him my funds for another 10 years to come. I live out of state but vegas will always be my second home. When the day comes where I finally get my stuff out of storage, i will feel like im losing a family member. No Im NOT PAID to write this review. I think it is absolutely Amazing that He is Still here and I can count on him to take my call and make sure my things are secure. The unit is a perfect size. They are always having specials and I havent had to worry about vandlizing or tampering (knock on wood) and his crew is just as humble as he is. Thank for being a top notch storage facility and watching over my childhood memoriez. Also thankyou for thee reliable reminders of when my paymemts are do. I will see ya again here soon sir. “Delisa is amazing, explains things thoroughly for those who’ve never had a storage unit before like myself. It was a quick and easy process. She got me the best deal for the space I was looking for; all the spaces same size depending on location were different rates. I like that if you buy their lock w/ insurance the deductible is waived just in case of theft or whatever else it might cover. Esther also front office very nice and accommodating as well!!”

“Sharing my positive experience with renting a safe deposit box with The American Guardian. My bank ran out of safes and I found them online. Cannot believe I wasn’t aware of this company all these years. So much more convenient than the bank. It took literally few minutes to sign up and you get 7 days a a week access which is great for me because I can never get to my bank during weekdays anyways. Prices are a bit higher than the bank but well worth it.”

“Have had storage with others. Seems they cut corners and way too profit oriented. Had a break in and lost most of what was of value.I've been here for over a month and had some time to get an overview of the security there. I would have a hard time finding a better place ( location and price) with matching security features.NOT going into details, but the lack of luxury you gain back in their investment in security features.Thanks to Jenny and Jeff for their commitments.No nonsense type of people.
