Ordered some replacement bulbs 12/12, website said items were in stock. Requested an update and was told on 12/19 that the items would not be available to ship until 1/10. On 1/22 I was told that the items are no longer available, but they could offer a replacement, but they wouldn't ship until 2/19. Not sure who's running the show, or why their story keeps changing, but I would avoid this company. Their level of communication is subpar and their online inventory is inaccurate.

Keane has been VERY RUDE to deal with, if you want to be called a joke of a customer or a child by all means deal with Keane! I would highly advise to look elsewhere for product as the customer support here has been very incompetent and unprofessional.
