Well stocked, very clean, well laid out products. The staff is so helpful. I visited this location to test products on my skin tone and sample fragrances for the upcoming sale which happens soon.

I’ve had quite bad experiences with this location. They’re often out of products that claim to be available in-store, and beauty experts have been quite slow at providing assistance- misinforming me as one said I should buy a certain product online that ended up only being available for purchase in-store. After this experience, I started to call to double check items were in stock before visiting this location, and was put on hold for long periods of time/had to hang up before calling again. When I asked which store in the city I could find said product, they said they couldn’t assist me.

see through sticky noteshanging metal board frame thing and clipsI ordered a product for curbside pick up. I ordered it for pick up specifically bc my foot is sprained and i have a baby with me. after checking in for curbside pick up through the app, i waited 10 minutes before calling the store. Someone answered and said they would be out. another 10 minutes pass. I had to call the store 6 times just to get someone to answer and they only answered bc i clicked the option to reach management. order comes out. cool. i go home. a few hours later i open up my product and it’s orange/brown. i know it’s spoiled bc it’s a regular product for me and it’s always clear. i call the store and I speak to Sam. I tell her what’s going on and ask her to check the rest of the two ounce bottles they have of this product to make sure they are not spoiled so i don’t waste my time driving 20 minutes to exchange. she tells me she checked and they are all spoiled but they have two 1 ounce bottles they can exchange for my 2 ounce bottle. cool. i ask her if it will be an even exchange and not have to pay extra. she tells me they will honor the price. cool. i head there immediately. once there the cashier exchanges my 2 ounce bottle two 1 ounce bottles and tells me it will be $3. I explained to her the conversation i had with Sam. she said “she left” i told her ok, well this is still what she told me. So she calls a manager over. I believe her name was Ashley? not sure but her tag said “she/her”, she was a heavy set black woman the manager on shift. explained to her what Sam had told me and she said she can’t honor it. I told her it was their mistake and i had to go out of my way to drive 20 minutes back to the store for an exchange bc they have failed to do any type of quality control on the product they are selling in their store. she said she could order me another 2 ounce bottle for shipping. i told her no, i need it now, that’s why i came to the store and didn’t order it online. she had an attitude and was rude. They blamed Sam for giving me the wrong information when they instead should have honored their employees word and then followed up with additional training. This was my first time at this location and it will be my last. This store needs better management and better training.

I came in looking for a product and I said “excuse me” to a tall blonde girl stocking something. she ignores me and i ask for what i’m looking for. she tells me she’s stocking and can’t help me at all. at least call someone over to help me.

One of THE worst experiences I've ever had at a Sephora! As a rouge member who spends a lot of money at this location I was extremely disappointed in how I was treated by the manager Glenn. At first i wanted a fragrance and i felt like i was being followed by him to the back because he was at the front door and when i headed straight back there he turned quickly and was right behind me. I started looking for what I wanted and was smelling different testers while he lingered nearby. I found what fragrance I wanted and needed someone to get it for me. At that point no one was nearby that could help me so i walked around getting shampoos i needed and was looking on a lower shelf when he came out of nowhere and asked me very rudely if i needed help with anything. I grabbed the bottle and stood up and said yes actually I'd like to get a fragrance i saw on the app and just smelled. He then rolled his eyes and said I can check but the app is probably not correct. He walked off and helped someone else. I literally waited close to 15 minutes for him to come and let me know if the product was in stock or not. I watched him come out of the back and go continue helping clients while I was still waiting. I finally approached him and asked nicely if it was in stock and he said ," oh I forgot to tell you we don't have it." With total attitude and then walked away. I thought wow that's a terrible attitude and continued to shop. I found a few other items I wanted but I felt like I was being followed throughout the store by another employee and was asked if I needed help several more times than was necessary. I felt very uncomfortable by my entire experience at this location. At checkout the girl who was checking me out was very kind and when I asked about the gentleman who had helped me originally she said "oh he's our StoreManager." I paid for my items and left. I will not be returning to this location anytime soon just because the store manager was a jerk. I felt profiled because i was in sweats and my day off clothes, i also felt like i was inconveniencing the staff by even walking in the store (which wasn't busy at all). I will gladly take my money to the Summerlin location. As someone who owns several businesses in this area I couldn't believe that a Store Manager would act this way. Myself and my employees would never talk to customers in this way. I guess some people just don't know what actual customer service should be. I hope Sephora starts training the staff on ethics and customer relations because this is embarrassing for a company who prides themselves on amazing service. Do better.

I booked a makeup service for an event I was attending. The artist was very friendly and personable. She took the time to discuss what type of makeup look I wanted. Overall, I was very pleased with the entire service. I would recommend.

This is s very uppity-store..lots of trendy 20 yr old...I came in with grey sweats and torn shirt and was kinda treated with a mild disregard bcuz I'm not flashy.....But thank goodness Maya wasnt like everyone else. She was terrific I give her 10 stars for looking passed my moving attire. But I know this review is for the store...Kudos Maya! You are a great employee and I had a terrific experience!

Some of the employees are sweet but absolutely 0 coordination here. Got notifs about my curbside order FINALLY being ready like 10 minutes before closing. Didn’t know they started closing early on Mondays. And, there is no real curbside spot even though that’s what the directions say.

This is the only sephora i’ve been to that doesn’t have workers harass you while you’re trying to shop. They ask if you need help then leave you alone instead of following you around. The employees are very professional and kind. This location may be a bit further then the others but i will definitely come back here, very welcoming environment:)

I got a gift from that store and I didn't have a receipt, but it was not what I wanted and I tried to exchange it or get a store credit and was denied it because I didn't have the receipt.
