I WOULD GIVE THEM 0 STARS!
My 10 year old child went to use their restroom and the doorknob fell off in her hand and the door was jammed shut with her locked inside. She screamed for help and I got back to the restroom and some older bleach blonde lady employee told her to calm down and started *giving her instructions on how to line the door handle back up* to get the door open. In other words, this has happened before. She then said she was going to get the key. She wandered at a *leisurely stroll* to the back, then the front, then back again, NO KEY. I said "are you going to call somebody or do I need to call 911 to get my kid out??" She then calls her manager, not to ask for help, but to COMPLAIN ABOUT ME YELLING AT HER after taking her sweet time while my claustrophobic child with anxiety sobbed on the other side of the door.
My kid finally managed to open the door herself out of sheer panic. Only then did the employee apologize to her and say she was going to "put it out of order". Oh, now? She seems to know the "solution" to the door handle coming off, but now it's important?
Just by examining the area around the door handle while I talked my to my child to calm her down while this lady wandered around like she was lost, you can tell there is damage to the paint around the handle, which was completely movable, as in has needed to be repaired for long enough.

pumps are broken & employees are rude and don’t even know what they’re talking about. said i would get a refund in up to 10 minutes, but never got one all because their pumps are broken lol. got good snacks tho just don’t get gas here ?

Pump 2 has a broken card reader and Pump 4 pumps so slowly it took 5 minutes to get 0.5 gallons. Pump 9 is also offline. These machines need maintenance as soon as possible.

Yeah. I went in to use the restroom (was the second time, knew they were opened)Black cashier lady with Dora the explorer haircut kept knocking at the door after I started washing my hand twice (restroom only was 5 minutes long)Walk out. There’s no guys. Just woman walking around and her giving me a face.Did she not see the car I pulled up in. The D&G shoes I was wearing? The Kenzo jacket I had on?I was annoyed with her face. Unnecessary.I guess she can’t spot a difference in anything.

They had water in the fuel and now I'm out $2,400 and can't use my car for a week. Do not go here! Find a different Shell.

The most expensive gas station in Las Vegas every day they go up on their price for gas stay away from this gas station….it was 4.99 then 5.00 5.15 or 5.12 now…can’t see why people get gas from here and everyone else is lower

I had a very bad experience with Morgan. She was very disrespectful and rude to my son. I would not recommend anyone go into this gas station. Her attitude was very nasty.

If I could give a lower rating I would. I just recently went into this gas station that I go to regular for gas , However this is the first time that I had to go inside. I walked in about 9:45 PM just to get a sprite before heading home. I grabbed my sprite and I stood at the countertop and there was one lady working , it looks like she was counting the drawers so of course I didn't say anything being in customer service I do you understand that when you're focused on something you definitely have to focus on that. However another gentleman came from the back and proceeded to help her with the same drawer she was working on. I'm not usually the type of person that needs to rush or anything like that however a simple we will be right with you would have been fine however I stood there for almost 10 minutes while the both of them worked on the same drawer never said anything never stop to help me or anything like that I ended up just putting the sprite down and walking out customer service was absolutely ridiculous.

Probably the worst gas station I’ve ever been too!
I went into the Woman’s restroom and it was clogged, so disgusting, I let the guy know and all I get is a “yeah, I know you can use the men’s if you want”, with no care whatsoever. I go into the men’s and it looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in ages! Everything is dusty, trash bin was full and on the floor. I was hoping with all this covid going on there would be better precautions.
