Sherwin Williams doesn't seal the tops on the paint correctly, and look what happened!! They want to screw me on the repairs as well..the manager doesn't return my calls, or emails .. I will not give up!!

I wouldn't go to this location for paint. The woman that worked there didn't know anything about paint . She said she can mix what I wanted but she couldn't help me with which paint I needed for my house. Very rude and seemed like she didn't want to give me any advice at all. Go to another location and avoid this person.

5 employees working and a wonderful newbie young man just started . He was the only employee that acknowledged me. Your sale was not available because you never had the paint in stock. Poor customer service.
No apologies no alternative selection at the same price point. Could have recommended a different location .Going back to Behr products.

Great service everything I needed was in stock in the gal rolled out the 5 gallon pail for us..(nice courtesy even tho we carry 2 at a time on a regular..but for those who dont/cant they will help you get it to your vehicle)even without the texture and the numerous minor wall repair a coat or two of paint..... just turned apt rental garage into a nice apt rental garage LOL coat the world right Sherwin!! Woohoo!

Took one hour to match a gallon of paint the ladies working here were just doing nothing talking around never coming back here again I wouldn't suggest this place to anyone plus the costumer service here sucks they need new employees

This was my first time ever in the store. My entire exterior is sherwin Williams paint. I needed to repaint my front door because we changed the lock. The gal at the counter (wished i caught her name) was amazing. So, knowledgeable. There was a line. And she kept cool as a cucumber. And, she was even training a guy that seemed newer. It was a great experience.

Not a bad place to grab all your painting needs. I've been here before and the staff is helpful but not educated on all the paint variations but today I was approached by a staff member who knew exactly what she was doing. She was super helpful and I couldn't be more happier with her knowledge and support. I have to say I was very impressed with her support. Her name is Jessica Lopez and if she is not in management, she should be, she is top notch and I couldn't be more impressed. GREAT JOB JESSICA!!!

I have a dual review.... Part 1: JESSICA is amazing!!! I went in to find a paint match for my home, she was so kind and extremely helpful! Within 5 minutes she was able to find the exact color I needed and get me rung up and out the door! I am so happy to have had her help me this time I was in the store.... My previous experience was HORRIBLE. Part 2: I can't remember her name but the other woman worked in Sherman Williams was AWFUL!! It took her almost 10 minutes to acknowledge us in the store... then proceeds to give us a terrible attitude while we explained to her the paint color we needed. We had such a awful experience with her and her mean attitude towards us that we actually left the store without the paint and decided to go to another store. I understand people have bad days but this is not the first bad experience we've had with her either. And from the sounds of the other reviews, we are not the only ones! Once I find out what her name is I'm going to be calling corporate to file a complaint. SHE WAS THAT RUDE!

Worst customer service ever representative at the Sherman Williams Paint Store on S. Eastern were either lazy or ignorant. I came in for a color match and they gave me b******* instead. He try to sell me different levels of Paint which is fine but then I told him that I need the color chips first to have it approved by my HOA and that's when his tone changed he said he could not do a color match on his very own Sherman Williams paint. He said that he would have to mix a batch first to find the exact color. Their Competitor down the street was able to help me and give me the exact color from a Sherman Williams color chart that they had. I explained to the SW Rep. that this is a Sherwin William color he insisted that he could not do it (lazy). I was able to find the exact color chip on the wall in their own store, he never once asked to help. But Thanks for the b******* I'll have your competitor down the street mix it up for me using your own color and give them all my business and referrals that I have.

I have been going to this location for years. I am on my second house where every room is a different color and little to no paint was left with the home. They have been spot on with the matches. Specifically the manager, Jessica has gone above and beyond for me with my matches. Not only did she talk me through what brand and finish to use to help match she went to another store to get a specific paint they were out of so I didn't have to wait. I didn't even have to ask. I don't live anywhere near this location anymore but I make the drive because of Jessica and the other longtime staff there.
