Had an infuriating experience where I purchased a game and was given tracking but the package never moved. I contacted the seller 2 weeks after my purchase and they sent me the following message, "I've sent out another package. USPS opened an investigation and will be letting me know what happened from the time I dropped the package off at the post office." I asked if they had new tracking but they would not respond and 30 days after purchase i still don't have my item and have not received new tracking.

Wanted to check it out, showed up, door locked even though the website and door said it would be open. Drove across town to check it out lol. I'm sure just a bad timing situation, but I don't think I'll make the drive again unfortunately. Good luck.

1st time going there and after a short discussion about what I was looking for the lady there recommended a great game to me. Definitely plan on going back for our next one. Incredible selection and great game store atmosphere.

I came into town for a board game convention and visited this store. I wish I had a store like this where I live. The selection was fantastic, they have a wide range of demo games, and the owners couldn’t have been any friendlier. This place is A+.

Special shout out to Geoff who works there. Super friendly and goes above and beyond to help; even browsing the web for me on their computer to help answer questions and show me things I asked about. As somebody new to board games, he was willing to answer all my questions....Not just willing, but seemed like he genuinely wanted to help/answer my questions.
Ended up playing a game with one of the owners (Ryan) on game night, and he too was very friendly and I had a blast playing with him. Store owner aside, he's just a cool guy to play games and hang around with. Very chill and easy to be around, if that makes sense.
It's a smaller store, but they have a great selection and pack a lot into the space they have. I picked up a game and some Citadel paints, great selection and fair prices.
Everybody who works there made this board game noob feel very welcome. Can't wait to go back!

Fantastically knowledgeable staff. I came in asking for a game recommendation for my group. I have the woman there my average party size, what games we currently play, and what I like and don't like about those games and she was able to point me to a handful of games that would suit my party.

Still seems like they care more about their online presence than in-store presents but they did fix the issue refund me and give me a $50 in store gift card for my time.
