Horrible service at shoe Palace today for Black Friday I purchased a pair of shoes and I did try on one of the shoes and it happened to be the left so once I got home and I went to go put them on I realized the store had sold me two lefts a mismatch pair and when I went back to swap them out they did not have a matching pair and we're not willing to just give me the same pair of shoes and a different color which were the same price also had to wait in line for another 45 minutes just to get my money back instead of just getting a different color shoe the cashiers were very rude except for the guy who actually returned my money overall shoe Palace needs to figure it out and have a better return system or check their inventory 😤

Been here at least 3 times, and there are shoes here I like and I want to buy them, but if I am going to spend more than a $100 dollars on shoes, it would be nice if the staff would come up and help, but instead I have been ignore by the staff as they talk to each other, as a costumer it leads me to leave and look elsewhere for shoe purchases.

Came here today was looking to buy one pair Jordan 1 mids but noticed another pair of Jordan 1 that I saw on there online site I was interested in and where on sale I asked a employee if they price match there online site he immediately said no without even checking there online site….. very disappointing me being in sales I would price match our online prices. But guess they don’t need business

Customer service is ran by a bunch of children that could care less about any returns. The so called manager was laughing about my shoe return. DO NOT buy your shoes here at shoe palace…..😫

I’ve never been to a store so many times where not a single employee even acknowledges you. I walked in tonight with three people in a dead store and not one single person said hello or can I help you. This reminds me of why the last time I was in there I walked out. The employees just don’t care. Finally someone walked in and they had no choice but to help because he had a return. The employees literally looked like they were so bothered to even have to help.

They were helpful when we were getting our shots here. My kid is hard to fit and we'd been to plenty of places so we're glad they had good choices for shoes that are good for parkour.

Samantha and Alex both took care of me Alex was amazing when I first talked to him it was a little inconvenience on my shoes but they turned around and they gave me a great customer service. I will most definitely be back. If Alex ain't a store manager he should be a store manager.

The sales people lied about the size when asked twice. Fortunately, the manager on duty questioned it at check out. I and my credit card will not be back.

Went to buy shoes and was told I could only buy one pair. I wanted to get a second pair of shoes NOT 5-10 but just a second pair. I was told that was not possible. I expressed my frustration and one of the kids behind the counter kept trying to argue with me. I told him not to speak to me anymore and he would not let it go. Don't buy shoes from here IF THEY ALLOW you to because they're more likely going to try to fight you and act hostile towards you

They always have my size!! Staff is somewhat friendly most of the time. Check out person is usually the grumpy one. At least the last two times that was the case.
