“We visited the new location in this center, Teriyaki Madness. Our first visit. The food was very good. Fresh and Teriyaki tasty. Very, very friendly staff. Fast service. Sparse interior, it does not live up to everything else about the restaurant. We will return. We recommend a visit.”

“It's so amazing to see how this area has changed over the years. Not 7-8 years ago, it was frankly a place I typically avoided because it was a little run down and sketchy. This can no longer be said. There are restaurants, stores, the new America first center and city buildings, and upscale apartments that are currently being built. The water street district has gone from a place to avoid, to a great place for a stroll with the family. There are unfortunately a few remaining "sketchy" buildings that are in operation, but hopefully down the road they can be replaced”

“There are hazardous landscaping everywhere. About a handful of people have died due to the blindspots all over the critical intersections in the parking lot and there are many speeding vehicles who don't care about safety.Aside from that, there's plenty of parking spots and there's a charging station that isn't filled with Teslas that like to brag on how they get free "super" charging for 18 months. Oh yeah. The Teslas are usually the ones that drive fast too.”

“It's an older strip mall but plenty of parking, handicap stalls, and ramps!!!! Big Box retail stores and plenty of restaurants to get a bite!!!! Not real nice curb appeal, not real trashy either!!!!!”

“Nice non industrial (hard to find around here these days) esthetic place to shop and eat great food. It has a good selection of shops and restaurants. There's also a cute splash pad for the little ones. Like most places in Henderson/Green Valley Ranch, TDGVR is dog friendly.”
