We collaborated on designing my business cards and they are amazing. I have had great responses from them. People have commented that this is the best business card they have ever seen. This is a case that you definitely get what you pay for. I would highly recommend them. I had a great experience with their design and support teams.

I really love this company. Ive been using their services for years and they have always been great with communication and customer service, which is extremely rare these days. I highly recommend them for their plastic cards, they are elegant and great quality.

my first order was not correct but they did correct and reprint my business cards for free! They look awesome the quality is great. They take a little longer than other companies to print and ship but it was worth the wait.

I placed an order for 250 white debossed cards a few weeks ago. I noticed some strange colors on the proof sheet, so I called the customer support line. I asked why there was pink and green lettering on the card proof and why the blank back of the card was in black. Their representative assured me that those colors are simply to show the embossing and debossing of the card and that they would not be getting printed on the card. I thanked him for explaining it to me and approved the proof for printing.2 weeks later I receive my cards and surprisingly, the back of the card is completely black! I can't give out cards that look like fridge magnets, so I called support to send back the cards for a refund. I was told that since I approved the print, It's my fault that the back is solid black. I told them what their rep had promised me and that nowhere in my order did I ever mention wanting the back of my white cards to be black. They said it must have been a misunderstanding on MY part and that I probably didn't ask my question right.It took me 5 calls and over an hour of my time to get them to admit that they were even slightly at fault for this and offer a refund. The catch? That I, the customer who was lied to by their team, should have to pay $14 to ship the order back to them. This return policy just so happens to be conveniently hidden by a broken link on their homepage.This company, and especially their Brand Representative, Christian, have no idea how to take accountability for their mistakes and treat customers fairly. Please take my experience as a warning, Silkcards is not a company you should ever consider doing business with.

The first time I order Business cards from this vendor, it was a NIGHTMARE!!So, I gave them another opportunity, everyone deserves a second chance. This time I called them first to ask them if I can have the business cards ready in 14 business days, and they said yes! Of course, if the business cards are approved right away (which means within 24 hrs) and if I pay the rush fee ($50) I can have the cards ready the time i need them, well, 13 days had passed, I call them up, and according to the customer service, they are still in print (they had been in printing for over 1 1/2 week), I need them for this weekend, and after calling customer service, it seems I am not getting them this weekend. What a disappointment! :(Here is some information for you, (the one reading this review):* They take orders in Henderson, Nevada, Ordering is in the States, they might close earlier.* Manufacturing Company is in China, that is why it takes 24 hrs to send a proof, (an no idea of the BC status) Confirmed FACT.* Customer Service is probably the WORST you ever deal in your life, so, expect the WORST customers treatment, that means, lack of common sense and follow up, and they might hang on you when you call and most likely you will ended up talking to all customer service representatives, repeating yourself like 4 times, so write down what you want to complain, so it is consistent.Order at your own risk.Feedback to the owner of this Business:1st Order #G07092072nd Order # G0760355

Design process is taking much, much too long for a relatively simple business card. I also notice spam all over their FB page. This firm used to be amazing, but appears as though something has changed. Very disappointed.

AVOID! I ordered business cards, had my receipt in which they charged me $40 on top of the amount my receipt showed. They blamed a system error and I stated that it's fraud to charge an amount different than someones receipt says without their approval. They said they would credit the difference back. After spending hours on the phone back and forth, its now been almost a week with no refund and no progress on my actual cards! Look to do business elsewhere and don't waste your time like I did.

Nice product but the WORST customer service of any printer I have ever encountered. They simply repeat the obvious and do nothing to expedite or solve an issue. There are MANY options other this SICK CARDS.

The finished products are in no way as nice as the examples shown on their website. Moreover, their turnaround times are atrocious. Cold foil cards came scratched, with curled edges, and poorly color matched to the proof that was sent. Took two printings and nearly two months to get something that was kind of close to correct.

There was an internal proofing issue from sales-production with my order and after a bit of a back and forth with customer support I am in fact receiving a refund. The cards were very high quality, but in my case were unusable. Thanks to Blake for aiding in my refund.

I have been using SilkCards when they are 4 Color prints since 2011 they were very good before never had an issue. I had a print color issue. I changed my review cause it was reprinted. It’s better not quite what I was getting but acceptable for now until next print. That’s why the 4 stars for the effort.

Silk cards are not your run-of-the-mill business cards, and neither is their Customer Service. I had an issue with an order I received and SilkCards remedied the problem right away, re-printing and shipping the new cards at their expense. Christian, the Customer Service person I dealt with was great to work with, and provided regular updates as to the status of the re-print and delivery. If you value the importance of a first impression, you cannot do any better than having SilkCards print your business cards for you. They have my strongest endorsement.

While their cards can be pricey by today's standard, SilkCards offers amazing, custom made business cards. These are not gang run, $25 cards - they offer wild custom combinations of specialty inks, papers and dies. It may take some work to get exactly what you want, and you should know something about graphic design, pantone colours, and paper stock...but after they let me make multiple changes to my proof I got the exact cards I wanted.All the cards I've had printed by them feel and look amazing, and are always met with with a WOW! every time I hand them out!

I have been using SilkCards when they are 4 Color prints since 2011 they were very good before never had an issue. Either they charged management or ownership their management team will do a reprint for and will not give me a refund just leaving me hanging. Asking me to send them samples why should as a customer spend my time and money for their mistakes. They told me they can get samples from production. Waited 1 week nothing. Got an email that production don't have it. Asking me to send pictures which I sent pictures and video already. Called them no answer spool to a manager Christian told me he will deal with and waited days no answer called him. He was busy will call me back right away. Did not happen. Called today. He is not in. This is the kind of service you can expect now from these guys. Lucky if you get your orders good. By the way I have been ordering premium cards from them since day one. Normally I order 2-3 thousand lucky I ordered much less this round. They don't care about customer service. trying to fight for a refund now. Find new place for cards to print.
