I enjoyed this center from the beginning when my first daughter was 4 months old, (attended until she was 2) then management changed (new director) and teachers were leaving, and slowly parents were also taking their children out myself included.. I could not get anyone to answer the phone while my child was there, left messages, and sent a chat on the app and no response.. When we have gone to pick her up there was never anyone in either office they had at the front, it was as if the center was closed.
After hearing my daughters teacher yell at her for crying, having a diaper on that was 2 sizes too small and a rash every week, I decided that was enough. If you want to feel uncomfortable and worry about leaving your child at daycare, this is the center for you.

I had a tour scheduled and took time off of work to do so. I showed up for the tour and the front desk lady told me the person that does the tours had stepped out and I could reschedule. No apology, no follow-up, nothing. My time is important and it’s incredibly rude to waste the time of others. I did not reschedule the tour and decided to take my business elsewhere. I can’t speak to the actual facility or the care provided to the children but that initial interaction put me off.

At first we loved this center, my daughter started at 3 months old and is currently 2 and I had my other infant start there as well. All the problems stared when they got a new director which is the current one. Staff started quitting and began to look miserable. Parents were pulling their kids out. My problem started over the summer when we withdrew for 2 months to visit family and were still being charged even though the kids were dis enrolled. I had had multiple conversations (3 to be exact) about the summer with the director and every time I would remind the woman she would look dumbfounded and completely forget and deny our conversations which was so scary considering she’s running a child care center and is responsible for the safety and wellbeing multiple children and staff. She was inept to foresee that I was being charged through autopay, and incapable of refunding me due to her incomprehensible nature. I had to contact corporate and the director from another center had to handle the situation. Not all centers are the same and it’s important to be aware of that. Silverado ranch had such a good thing going when Alex the old director was there and now it’s unbearable with Kamilla. I had to remove my children due to her lapse in memory of conservations and ability to eradicate all the good and amazing staff that have worked there for years and were so loving with the children. It’s almost saddening that a corporate company doesn’t see what has happened here. A terrible director will ruin good hard to find staff, upset families, and destroy a businesses reputation.

I love Kindercare! Being a first time mom I was so nervous letting someone else watch my little guy when I went back to work. My mind was out at ease from day one. Ms. Liv and Mrs. Maria made infants his home away from home. I know they loved him as much as I do.❤️❤️ I got so many pictures of him during the day just being a happy baby, loved and cared for. They helped me with my “ how to’s” as a first time mom too. Transitions are hard but they were seam less with their help. His transition to toddlers was bitter sweet. Ms.Jojo(as the kids call her), Ms.Selene and Ms.kayla had made his big boy transition seamless. He is thriving, learning and loving life. I have no clue how Ms.Kayla gets them all in a circle singing or all down for a nap at the same time. She is amazing, a true testament to early education teachers. My almost two year old comes home singing the it’s bitsy spider and the alphabet song. I honestly don’t know what I’d do without these ladies. It takes a village to raise a kid and they are such an integral part of ours. Thank you Kindercare.❤️❤️

If I could give zero stars I would. Kindercare was a nightmare from the beginning. Britt is very rude and unprofessional. I showed up at 7:50am my first day dropping my 6 month old off and Britt showed up at 8:05am. She didn't even greet us and when I said something to her, she said she'd be back. Twenty minutes later she was still no where to be found. I ended up leaving with my daughter. Four months later and it's still a disaster. I only stuck around this long because I had my daughter on a waitlist for a different daycare. When you walk through the doors you get the feel of negativity. Lacey and Britt have zero customer service skills for being in the front. Kindercare is very unorganized. They have new teachers everyday and a very high turn over rate with staff. I will shout out Denise, Leslie, Liv, and Ms. V. When these ladies were actually in the infant room, my daughter was well taken care of. When these teachers were not in the room, all the babies would be crying and screaming. I would NEVER recommend this place.

I'm a parent of two little girls who are in the pre-k program there and preschool program . And the amount of things that had happened were gut wrenching teacher's were allowed to stay and continue to work in this school after not only cussing in front of the children but causing a unsafe environment! Me and my partner decided to give them another chance because people get angry we understand until we seen the child neglect in the place teachers not paying attention to the kids on their phones or caught sleeping not only by me but several other parents and mangers were informed and again nothing done I started seeing the school was desperate to keep teachers so they can continue the enrollment of more instead of worrying about the Childrens safety! !

Kindercare has been incredible with my 2 year old. They accommodated us when we needed last minute care for a whole month. The director Nicole and the staff are very welcoming, just wonderful! I appreciate my son's teachers being so patient with him on the bad days where he would cry more often. My 2 year old LOVES it here and with our month is coming to an end I am so sad to have to take him out because he has grown to love waking up to get ready for school. The facility is very clean and secured. I love that they send updates throughout the day on their app with pictures because it helps my anxious mind while I'm at work they also provide breakfast, lunch, and snacks in between. thank you kindercare family! You guys have been amazing to my son Liam! I wish we could keep him there but unfortunately it is not financially ideal for us but we appreciate you guys so much definitely recommend!

Our 18-month old boy loves it. We are very happy we put him in here, they send updated and pictures of him daily and he seems so happy to go back. All the staff are great with the kids, they keep you posted if baby has an accident and take really good care of him. I wish we had put him there before as its light-years better than the last daycare he was in.

We take our 2-3 year old daughter here and it's been the best experience. She loves going to school every day and playing with her friends. They have been super accommodating to her needs and can't ask for better teachers for our girl!

We have just recently put our 20 month old boy into the toddlers room here and so far have been super impressed. Everyone who works here is super friendly and professional and we love the facility. It's always so clean and the rooms are full of age appropriate toys. The outside space is equally impressive with good equipment. My son is always happy to go in and loves his room leaders and his friends that he has made. He is a very shy child... probably due to Covid but seems to be much more outgoing since the 4 weeks he's been here. He's also learning sign language which is amazing. Really recommend and the price isn't too bad for the local area at all as it includes diapers and food.

Amazing group of loving teachers! They have protocols in place to keep the kids safe and are quick to report even the smallest incident with a quick phone call and message through the app. I appreciate being kept up to date on my little guys eating, sleeping, and diapers. Makes me feel less stressed while I'm plugging away at work. They do have discounts if you work for certain companies. They do fun craft activities and interactive play with the cutest pictures and videos sent to you throughout the day. My little guy feels safe and loved. Appreciate all the hard work!
